I go here all the time at night at 8-9pm before they close. It was 8:10pm when I went there today and the worker was just standing there talking on the phone with headphones and told us they were closed. Every time I see her she has attitude and rolls her eyes. I even asked “I thought you guys close at 9?” She didn’t have a word to say. I go to a target worker and ask what time they close he said they close at 9 pm. I am very disappointed because you work here but don’t want to do your job as u get PAID to do so!
i spend $10 daily on two refreshers just for them to always be filled with 90% ice. i ask for light ice and they make it 75% filled with ice. i’m not paying $5 for each drink for ice. This is why i drive even further to the one by plato’s closet because my drinks are always made with a good amount of ice and everybody is so friendly there.
Very bad customer service, she acted like she hated her job, had a bad attitude, there is enough hate in the world don’t need it when you go buy a 7.00 coffee, I won’t be buying Starbucks coffee anymore and will tell other people about my experience
Pretty terrible service every visit. Something is out or broken, you can have whatever you want as long as it what we tell ya you can have .. .....

Great coffee drinks and convenient baked goods and sandwiches. The Starbucks app allows ordering ahead for quick pick up.
Was so disappointed in the service I received with the gentleman working. They close at 9:00, friend and I walked in at 8:25, and he purposely would not look or talk to us & checked his watch. We politely asked if he was closed to which he replied “ NOT YET”, and rolled his eyes & sighed. My friend started to order and he wouldn’t even acknowledge her. Obviously we did not order with how uncomfortable he made us feel. Just letting us leave. My friend & I have both worked in the service industry for 8+ Years waiting on guest that arrived way closer to closing so I wish he wouldn’t have assumed we were ignorant of the fact, with over half an hour till closing. .Double checked with target & barista to confirm closing time. On our way out of Target everything was closed up and lights off 8:45. I have to say all the other times I’ve encountered a barista there, they have been fine. Normally this would be chalked up as a bad day, but the public embarrassment over coffee? Warrants the review
