Our drinks were made great! However, the service was not great. With 7 people working, one person took our order and 6 dissappeared into the back for quite a while. The guy working the window had it together and asked if we had ordered already. The rest were just chatty teens gossiping behind the counter very loudly.
This is such a nice Starbucks! The service is great--the staff are kind and expedient. This location also has the best iced white mocha I've ever had! I don't know what the barista did to make it so good, but my drink was perfect!
Worst starbucks ever waited 40 mins just for them to tell me they didn't have everything to make my drink. They acknowledge I was there and proceeded to tell me I didn't know she was here. My drinks were supposed to be ready by 1:57pm and I ordered ahead on the mobile app. I have might have had better luck at starbucks in target. Waste of my time.
Sarah was my barista today and she was the absolute best!! My bacon Gouda and egg is always on point and the matcha latte was amazing ??

Honestly, where do I start? Instructions cannot ever seem to be followed at this location. I order no strawberries but always see that strawberries accidently make their way into my drink. Imagine if I was allergic. Anyways, that's not my problem. My problem is when a business locks their doors before they're closed. Business hours are posted on the door and on Google. But how do you justify locking your doors within the hour of closing?! If you want to close early just leave a sign that you want to go home. Another problem is the barista inside laughing at my 12 year old daughter for trying to open the locked door. My daughter was very confused. Shame on you!

It's Starbucks....although I will say that I don't like having to beg for sugar or cream for my coffee....both are missing...as was the cheerful, friendly service. Meh.
No customer service at all.. everybody was just into feeling their orders and not caring about the people that just got a cup of coffee they were too worried about their lattes and swirls couldn't even get any sugar for my coffee very poor service very poor place unlike my Starbucks in Orlando
After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through I finally got up to order at 3:01 and they turned me away refusing my order. Not sure what's going on but it was very disappointing. There was only 1 car left behind me. I don't see why they wouldn't go the extra mile.
