Like so many businesses, it is evident that there are staffing issues. I waited longer than usual for a plain iced coffee. I understand and wasn't really bothered by that...The madelines that I purchased were stale. Staff shortage or not, you can't sell stale products. No excuse for selling stale packaged baked goods
Super aggressive woman in the drive thru yelling at me because I passed her order box… Number 1 I’m picking up my mobile order and Number 2 there was no line and 3 it is not that serious she should really look a lil more presentable that color hair and piercings on the face is not a cute look for the window just sayin

Cara has been absolutely amazing with my orders. I usually have some complicated orders and even just abstract things like “iced, lots of caffeine; sweet” and she has worked miracles with not just basic drinks, but add ons and such to make it just perfect.I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store because of how well all my drinks have been made.
Awful design for parking lot and drive thru. Once drive thru is clogged up you are blocked into your parking space if you parked and went in. Very difficult to move around.

This is the only store that always make my drink wrong 90% of the time. Hate going here and will go out if the way for the one on 41. Only go here if I’m late and really want it, but then get mad at myself after cause I should know better
Came here on Christmas eve to get a white chocolate mocha and it was made to perfection.
Staff was wonderful, and my order was right… but the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Also some of the rudest patrons I’ve ever encountered.
