U Go to Startbucks to Get Coffee NOT MILK !!!! If u you Don’t Know How to Make A Perfect Iced Coffe Don’t Work at Starbucks PLEASE!!!!
Average Starbucks. Good coffee, regular service. Is not the cleanest Starbucks you will find (and there is a lot of room for improvement).
I am a STARBUCKS girl. I get a Starbucks coffee DAILY.....I spend a TON of money with Starbucks. I patiently waited in line for over 30 minutes & ordered my usual... My coffee isnt always made the way I ask for it but I have never sent it back. Today was BAD. . I ordered a latte with 5 shots , I was given a cup of milk w/ a DASH of coffee ... I asked for it to please be made the right way... the annoyed employee told me it was made with one shot & asked what I wanted from him & i told I paid for 5 shots & I would like the drink I paid for -he then added some espresso to the same drink which melted all the ice & made it OVERFLOW badly. it was spilling everywhere...he said I would have to drink it fast! i asked him to put it in a different cup & he told me to just drink it very fast & it wont spill! I was handed my cup with wet napkins sticking out of it & half way gone due to the spillinv , the melted ice made it more GROSS. I told him I wasnt happy & he asked what I wanted him to do.I told him I wanted what I paid for. I had already waited a total of 45 min. & at this point I had no time to stay & argue. He really shouldve made a new coffee with no question...I love having my STARBUCKS but I dont like being treated like this. I felt like I was being pranked...my 5yr old aughter couldnt believe her eyes on what was going & the coffee I was handed...it was crazy! THE SAME EMPLOYEE THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS THE SAME EMPLOYEE WHO HANDED ME THIS CRAZY COFFEE. I WAS POLITE & NICE & EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR ASKING TO REMAKE MY DRINK...
Huge fan of Starbucks but unfortunately not this location especially considering it’s the only one close to my house :(. They need to really hire more employees at this location bc wait time is ridiculous! Waited almost 30 mins in drive through line so I decided to go inside today thinking that it would be a little quicker and ended up waiting the same amount of time as going through drive through just horrible I won’t be visiting this location anymore
Usually out of most items and the lady in the pink hair is kind of rude, not the first time also.
Waited 20 minutes for one drink. People that order after me got their drinks before me. Horrible service unorganized I’d avoid at all costs.
They make decent drinks but I always place mobile orders and always end up waiting 20-30 minutes after the app says it should be done . The employees are so sweet but they are overworked. They need more than one barista ! I’ve had to walk out on a paid for order multiple times so I’m not late for work it’s very disappointing!
Out of cups, out of toppings... out of dam near everything.... why have a store here at all if you have nothing to sell... complete waste of time... can't even scan QR codes for the rewards... this store is a waste of space and the employees are air heads... the complete opposite of even decent service.
