This Starbucks have a la excellent ambient to spent a good time with family and friends, the customer services representative are friendly.

Thank you Keith and team for supporting Dunbar Middle School Teachers! They loved their morning Starbucks coffee. What a great way to say "thank you" to our dedicated teachers & staff! You guys ROCK!

So the have messed up my order when went back still charged me... and one morning few days later I ordered in advance and my drink wasn't there when I got there. Then after waiting was told maybe somebody else got it. Didn't have time to wait. So left called in and they said next time just let them know and on the house. So today I yell them and there are like well idk. And charged me. So am I supposed to get irate or just accept that the have taken my money three times for one drink.

Went through the drive through this morning people are nice very busy store but usually get in and out pretty quickly my problem is I ordered a tall latte and it was not even 1/2 full you pay a lot for these drinks you should at least get your money’s worth I did not have time to go back was on my way to work very disappointed

My coworker gets coffee every day before work and raves about this one employee at Starbucks, Margarita (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly) that is so welcoming and makes his drink right every time every time. I see why my coworker is a fan of her now! She is so sweet and I felt like the most valued person in the world when she was at the window with me :)

I don't even waste my money here anymore but the line is ridiculous at EVERY SINGLE LOCATION! YALL ARE IN THE WAY OF THE FLOWING TRAFFIC! Find better locations for a coffee shop like this to be a free standing building with a drive through OUT of the way of other businesses! That is all.

70% ice in my drink which I finished within the 2 mile drive back home. Always such a long wait time which makes your food go cold. Do better people!

I don't know if this is a franchise or not but I try to avoid getting my wife's daily drink here at all costs. Starbucks in general has become a daily chore not a quick stop. Either you can't order ahead or they are out of random things. This one in particular is really bad. Tried it again this morning to find that once again the inside is closed yet it doesn't bother to inform you of that when you place a mobile order. So once you arrive thinking you can grab your order and leave you're left sitting in the drive thru behind 10 cars waiting. If I had time for that I wouldn't order on the app. If you can't staff your business to operate normal let people know instead of having them order and pay and then bring forced to sit in line.

If the doors are locked turn off your mobile order through the app. We ordered and arrived to locked doors and a terribly long drive through that took nearly 10 minutes. Definitely won't ever be back to this location.

Frequent this one on my way to work often! ?Just like ppl they have their good days & their bad days. Overall good, seems they lack some of the drink toppings at times, not a huge deal but part of the drink & frustrating when you go to another location & find out your drink has been missing it all this time. ?
