Best jamaican food in the city. Hands down!
Naw, the curry goat was not on par to Caribbean food. The rice was not as good as it could be with the curry sauce on it. Curry chicken was ok but again, very lacking in taste.
Very pleasant clean great tasting Curry Chicken ? and rice cabbage and corn bread ? will visit again soon
1st. Off I wanna say, I was a loyal customer for the past 6yrs. I rest in the Cape, so I travel for this Food. However today was disappointing! I don't know if its new management? Or cooks? But I got a large oxtail, I'm sorry but that Signature flavor & taste.. wasn't there, tasted like White people made it!?? I looked through the comments to see if anyone one else feels the same? I'm passed ?off about this! It's already hard to find a good spot to eat at who's constant!!!!
I called in a order for fish, no salt, no gravy. The mother was extremely rude. Her response was "NO, I DON'T FIX MY FISH LIKE THAT". I explained it was for a diabetic and the person will still eat it. She said NO. I assumed since the food was prepared fresh and I'm the paying customer, what was the problem, she was not eating the fish the customer is. She was loud and rude, would not give me a chance to talk, I just wanted to explain that the fish will not be returned. She was still rude, she end up hanging up on me. I try to keep business in the community, but this is the result that causes me to go outside my community and receive EXCELLENT customer service elsewhere. You don't need a special class to teach you how to treat people, just treat and talk to them the way you want to be treated and talked to.
Amazing flavor felt like i was in jamaica and the owners are great people
Excellent meal. Also had brown stew chicken and lemon cake and beef patties. All were well done. Bless up Spice Caribbean.
