love the shakes. the Halloween one is my favorite. they don't always have it, so I just order it in pieces. cost more that way, but it's well worth it!

We frequent here and it’s super hit or miss. You will always wait at least 10 minutes for your food, and sometimes never get it. I recommend always just using the drive thru, not the stalls, for this reason.And it’s not uncommon to be charged for your correct items and not receive them. When you do get your food, it’s usually good though. That being said, last night we went and they didn’t give me my mozzarella sticks, and then there was something brown in the middle of my grilled cheese that definitely wasn’t burned cheese or bread…..I assume they’re training people, as they were fully staffed for once last night but yeah, hit or miss.
Normally my service is good but this was the worst service ever! First they answered to take my order laughing. That is so unprofessional. Then they got my order wrong. I asked for tots and got fries. I asked for no pickles and got pickles. I am allergic to pickles you could've killed me if I didn't check my burger. When I asked for the correct food they never brought it. I wasted my money because I couldn't eat the burger. My server was an old rude woman who acted like she didn't wanna be there and almost spilled my milkshake on me. Normally the service is good but this was ridiculous.
I ordered sweet tea. It came with no ice, none. The sandwiches were ok and cold but they could of been better. I used to love sonic. Now I just like it. Do better!
Awful time ordering and still had an awful experience. Chicken sandwich very overcooked, couldn't even chew it. Milk shakes USE TO BE amazing.. now it tastes like plain vanilla (Oreo cheesecake and strawberry). For the prices paid here I expect better!
Pulled up to the drive in/ curbside pick up and had a soft pretzel and a corn dog with. Oreo Sonic blast! 10/10 recommend. Friendly service and short wait time.
This place needs help. The sent my burger with tomatoes when the receipt showed no tomatoes. The burger ? was over cooked along with the bacon ?. But the worst part is it was toasted Texas toast that the inside of the bread was as soft as a bun. My order came with no napkins as well. I asked for napkins and they still didn't bring them out. Overall very displeased with the service and the quality of food.
I was extremely disappointed in the service from this location. This was my third time trying for a different result over a span of 4 years. This last experience left me appalled.We stopped at sonic in NFM for lunch, while ordering our food the person on the speaker was rude and short toned. As we finished up ordering a car whipped around us to get to the window because their order was wrong. We got to the window and the teller was pleasant, we got our food checked the bag and drove off.When I opened my burger it was not correct and it was not hot so we drove back. I waited and got a new sandwich as I leaving with my food the car that was behind me came back with an incorrect order. We left again, I open my sandwich to the correct sandwich on soggy bread and a warm to the touch meat. We drove back.This time I spoke with an assistant manager who went to get the sandwich corrected. She came back out to say she could give a refund but explained the manager Jessa refused to remake my sandwich saying it was remade twice, the manager Jessa also refused to come and speak with me about the decline of service. I did get a refund from the assistant manger, I was however disappointed and frustrated. Sadly I have not been able to get a solid meal from this restaurant in 4 years.
Wish I could give ZERO stars! I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and they said they were out of french fries and that I could substitute mozzarella sticks or jalapeno poppers for the fries. So, I said okay I'll take the jalapeno poppers. I get to the window and all of a sudden my total is $4 more than what the menu says. they said it's because the jalapeno poppers so I said okay take the jalapeno poppers off. They still charge me for a meal when all I got was the chicken, no fries or side. And the cups are made of foam. I handed it to my son to take a sip and immediately the whole cup busted.. There was pop everywhere! Waste of money, very disappointed!
