It seems some of the workers there preparing the food do not understand basic food hazard rules, or maintaining food quality. Do you guys not understand food (especially meat and dairy) is to be served at proper temperatures to prevent sickness or bacteria germination???It seems that they find an old piece of fried chicken, with soggy breading and a deep, brown color is acceptable for their customers to eat… They need to be retrained or replaced. Paying customer’s deserve amazing quality the FIRST time. I wish I had a photo of my food but it was so bad I threw it away and drove right back to Sonic for a replacement. Yes, we received FRESH food this time around. But at the same time… we had a manager on duty come out to our car to assess the situation. After telling us she’d go figure it out and come back, so waited another 10 minutes for her. She did not come back! My boyfriend had to go inside himself and ask a completely different worker for his food. The manager seemed to have no intention of coming to assist us or maybe she just forgot about us. We spent $16 for low quality service and food. ?
I came here after not eating here for about 2 years, and all I can say it the food did not taste as I remember. I ordered the #2 double cheeseburger meal and it did not come out hot at all. It felt like it has been sitting out for a while and they just gave it to me. The fries were cold too. I wasn't really upset at that until after eating my meal. The burger really didn't taste that good as I remembered. I was a bit disappointed. I will probably still come here but only for their ice cream shakes.
Sonic is the ONLY place I'll buy a burger, hot dog or chicken tenders. Their chili dogs are the best. They use real chicken breast strips as opposed to mechanically ripping the meat off the bone and "forming" chicken strips!I drive right pass the KING and MICKEY Ds to go to a Sonic.Servers are polite and always smiling.This review is complete as I have to go to Sonic for a burger with chopped grilled onions and mustard - my favorite!! ??
It was full & cars all around the buildingBut they moved them out quickly. And of course the food was great
Literally every single time im there, there is an issue with something. I live less than a block from this place and usually love eating at a Sonics franchise and would probably spend way too much money at this location if it wasn’t consistently terrible every time I try and give it another chance. I’ve tried calling customer service, but no one ever gets back because obviously nobody cares. I was in high school when this location opened and was there every day it’s first week because of what a big deal it used to be, it’s upsetting to see what it’s turned into the last few years. Today will be my last visit there, but for the people who still eat there, you guys should start cleaning your grill before you serve them because my breakfast burrito was nasty. Good luck
I’m not a fast food kinda a gal, but yesterday after some beach time I was starving and this was close to home. Not many Sonics in this area, but this one has decent wait time, the food was hot and fresh. My husband absolutely loves cherry vanilla Dr Pepper and this is the only place to get it. We prefer drive up than drive thru. I had the chicken club on Texas toast and it was delicious.
I love their slushies. Sonic does a good job of making them. You get one every so often that isn't mixed well but it isn't often.
Food is good. If you ever actually receive it. Have left the line twice after ordering because it would take 30+ minutes to actually get the food.
Great Shakes & burgers. Not many in the area so it gets busy. They handle the traffic pretty well and the food comes out hot & fresh. The employees are nice also.
$28 worth of food that tastes disgusting. Fries,Chili cheese dog, onion rings, cheeseburger just eww along with the cashiers tone of not wanting to be at work. Highly dissatisfied. The food and drinks just all not worth any penny. Don’t go here!! Waste of money.
