The grilled chicken caeser salad is great, the chicken was full of flavor
We love Shula Burger and was let down that Shula Bar and Grill is not the same. Not the same menu and burgers not as good. The fries were excellent and the best part of the meal. The burger was average. I will say the service was great and the atmosphere is a good as an airport can get.
We waited for a host, then I believe a server sat us, a large party came in after us and we were Overlooked and waited on much later. The menu was a complete joke. Please eat before you get to the airport. Covid has not caused all of this, this is being lazy. My salad was a joke. There were 2 huge chunks of lettuce cores in my salad. They could not offer me the same slice of Swiss or cheddar they would put on a burger, I told the waitress I would slice it myself. No, I got parmesan. I didn’t ask for or did I want it. That’s for Caesar salad. I find it hard to believe they couldn’t sell me a slice of cheese. It took way too long to be served and cashed out. I was very dissatisfied. Good to know I have a choice next time. This was the forth and final time there. I will never go back. Don waste your time to reply, I don’t want an apology, I’m just done!
Had a great burger & salad while waiting for a delayed flight. Maybe this place had issues due to COVID previously but was spot on for us. Good food, excellent service. Thanks Casey - you are such a sweetheart!
All flights for the North East are delayed due to weather yet they closed the kitchen early at 7pm instead of the 8pm that they advertise. Last call is 7:30 for drinks… I would totally understand if the airport was dead but is packed with stranded passengers trying to go home. I just watched manager turn down 4 tables. Anyway pretty disappointed. I usually love the brand
Stopped for lunch on way home from FL to NY. It was empty. Servers did their best in terms of service. However, the food was barely edible. Currently serving "limited" menu; not sure why; but it is a bad decision. We chose the grilled chicken sandwich. We ended up eating the bread and lettuce. The chicken was boiled and not edible. Fries were good. We should have gone a little further in and ate at one of the other two restaurants located in Concourse D. They were packed and people were on line waiting. Now we know why Shula's was empty. Shameful!
Sarah was the absolute best! We were having a brutal day with delayed flights and she literally moved heaven and earth, several tables and chairs, to find a spot for all 8 of us and find a place for our bags. She catered to our every need and was so incredibly attentive. She was truly a breath of fresh air and helped our travels go smoothly. Thank you, Sarah!
Service was ok. But that grilled chicken sandwich that was 17 dollars and came with plastic cutlery was worse than any Wendy's I've ever even had. Truly the worst sandwich I've had in a long time!
Accomodated our service dog as usual. Once again enjoyed a very good lunch of Shula burger and mahi-mahi sandwich. Ebony our server, was a gem.
The worst food I ever experienced !!! expensive and the staff is rude !!!! if you dying from hunger still don’t eat here
