This place was at our hotel so we ate several meals and had drinks there during the course of our stay. Breakfast was good. We had drinks and snacks in the outside portion which was very nice.

Alexandra was a great server! Gave us lots of tips on where to go for the night after we finished our meal.

We ate here a few times during our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Did not have a bad meal. Breakfast is very good, nice variety. We tried a few appetizers, none of which disappointed. The top selection is their FISH & CHIPS. Hands down the best I ever had. It was light flakey and delicious. The portions were huge. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been looking for a sports bar where we might go from time to time as we both like them. So we decided to try Shoeless Joe's especially since the reviews were so positive. Maybe others had good experiences, but we did not. I had nachos which I would describe as the worst I've ever had. Maybe if I could have easily gotten past the solidified cheese that covered at least 2/3 of the plate making it almost impossible to get to the nachos beneath it. So, that was the first turn off. The second was that they were compressed/flattened which again made picking up one chip with other ingredients difficult. And, third they simply didn't taste good although other reviews indicate people liked the taste. And then there was my husband's cheeseburger. What can go wrong with a cheeseburger? An almost burned bun.! The outside of the bun looked okay, but the inside was very, very brown to the point he couldn't eat it. He said the burger itself was only so-so, and the cheese didn't appear to be melted or melted only a little if it was supposed to be. The chips were so-so according to him. Based on the food alone I would have given two "stars." I gave three only because the staff were very friendly, and our waitress was helpful as well.

Went here after a long day from the hospital. Dealing with the stress of Urgent Care we needed a few drinks and dinner. Ordered Clubhouse Sandwich and Wings. Wings had no seasoning and the buffalo sauce didn't taste like buffalo sauce. I asked the waitress for a different kind and she gave us the same flavor. Frustration started to mount. At the end of dinner we get the bill for a little over $40.00 and we see that they charged us extra for sharing our dinner and another extra charge for the sauce we did not even use. I could accept the added charge if I only ordered one meal but we ordered two things. I'm done with eating at this place forever!!! I can get better wings anywhere and not be charged additional fees. Good riddance!

Our waitress was new and amazing but the bartender was horrible! Long Island's are supposed to have alcohol in them and these clearly didn't! Not a big drinker and I should have been lit after 4 and it didn't happen! Food was good but none of it was worth $114

This place was packed on the first Friday of Lent. As Buffalonians we had to get a fish fry. It didn't disappoint. It was breaded, not beerbattered but it comes w 2 huge pieces of fish. The tarter was good. Coleslaw portion was 2oz, should have been at least 4 oz but whatever. Nachos were also good, cheese was super melty. I would come back. Our tall, brunette server girl was great. I would hire her for my restaurant.

I like the atmosphere but when you give your order to a waitress and then sits down at a table next to you chatting away and forgets what you ordered is B.S. After about 15 -20.minutes of talking to other table She comes back to our table and asks.... What did you order again?

Fish and chips were a little too greasy. Onion rings were excellent. Wait staff were very good. Will be going back again.

We stopped in for a late lunch with our pup, since we knew they had an outdoor seating area. First time visiting but recently had relocated to a block away and wanted to try the new-to-us, local nearby bar/grill. I had Fish-bites & Onion Rings off the appetizer menu and it would have been plenty of food for 2-3 people there were six good size strips of white fish with a hand batter breading, absolutely delicious! The onion rings were also hand batter/breaded and were done perfectly & the sauce that came with the rings—-ooh soooo good! My SO got the Burger and requested rare—-that’s how he likes it and he was not disappointed. I don’t think I have ever seen him eat a burger that quickly. Burger came with regular LTO and had a pickle SO described it as garlic kosher pickle—-I don’t know but it tasted great to me. (If they started frying those—-I would buy them often) I had just a soda for my drink and it wasn’t left empty for more than a couple minutes. SO had a craft beer and when it got low he was offered another one quickly. Pup—-was offered a water bowl and attention he appreciated as well. Staff was great & fun to interact with, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
