Generally, the service is really good at this location. However, this afternoon at 4:30 it was a painful experience. There were multiple people waiting to get their drinks, but there was no apparent urgency from the person behind the counter. I ordered a simple drink which was prepared but then set aside for 5 minutes instead of giving it to me. Maybe it's a cry for help. Maybe it's poor service. Either way it's not good, especially in a health care environment where people are in a hurry.
Fast friendly service. We grabbed multiple smoothies and had very little wait time. The fruit and cream smoothies were wonderful. It was a great experience.
