They should be really proud of the quality of food they are serving. This is definitely one of the better takeout Chinese restaurants. Can't complain with portion size and they are typically very speedy. Everything is very flavorful and orders are usually spot on. If they get busy they can slow down but what can you expect (order during quiet times). I've ordered here maybe 12 times in the past 3-4 months, its that good.
Have eaten their take out many times, never disappointed. Food great, seasoned well (not too salty). Ate in restaurant with a group of 6 everyone enjoyed what they had, portions generous, service good, restaurant immaculate. Woman referred to in prior comments took our order and was very friendly and pleasant. It's our go to place when wintering in Fort Myers!

Let me start off by saying I’ve been coming to Sakura for 20 years now. It’s always hands down been my favorite Chinese in town. Their boneless spare ribs were incredible. But it seems like slots changed. It’s been about 8 months since I’ve been. My wife and I go and we find out that they no longer sell sushi during dinner which was always my wife’s go to. We both order bourbon chicken instead and it was very lacking. It was rubbery, had no searing or texture to it, the sauce was pretty much water. I’m used to thick viscous sauces that stick to your chicken and rice and this literally ran off the chicken when you lifted it up. I would say the quality of the food was on par of those run of the mill Wok restaurants in a Publix plaza. While the dumplings and clear soup were still decent it sadly looks like we most likely won’t be returning.
Worker yelling when we asked for table - menus were not the same as online or window. Drink order wrong. Not offering many items. Rude female manager taking order. Bad.
Good hot food as was the wonton soup. Good service and fair prices. Get combo and receive a fresh egg roll. Really enjoyed this restaurant. Highly recommend in south Fort Myers. Rating. . very good.
The Lady doing pickup was very rude and narcissistic, I ordered a large thing of spicy mayo, She give me yum yum sauce (something completely different) I ask if I can get the spicy mayo, she tells.me no you won't like it it is spicy. I tell her I know it is that is what I wanted, She says no you orders yum yum (something I've never order or asked for in my entire life) I tell her that was not true and she just laughed and refused to give it to me. Definitely will not be returning when there are alot better Chinese restaurants near by.
