Wonderful food everything fresh. Wait staff Leanne was excellent

Loved this place! Nice outdoor seating on the patio! Linen tablecloths and napkins!❤️ Very nice servers and knowledgeable! Saigon Paris Bistro has an extensive menu! There’s vegetarian options, too! We tried the veggie spring rolls which had a very tasty sauce! The rolls and salads were very fresh! Crusty rolls and various greens in the salad! My daughter had the curry tofu with very fresh vegetables! My husband and I split almond crusted grouper with mashed potatoes and a vegetable mixture of broccoli, green beans and zucchini! I would highly recommend this restaurant! It was well worth the money! One of my favorites! Great place to go on a date!!!❤️

It is very good I had oysters for an appetizer and seafood pho soup yes my main entree.

A hidden gem. Food is excellent. Service is very friendly. Never very busy. Wide variety on the menu.

I ate lunch there for the first time today. Great menu with Vietnamese and French items. We ordered Pad Thai and Seafood Crepes. The food was very good, as we enjoyed the taste and portions of each dish. The issue is the slow serving times. It took 90 minutes from start to finish for lunch. Much too slow for lunch over the working noon hour. The servers demonstrated no sense of speed or urgency, they just casually walked around the room. The issue may be the kitchen. I had read numerous reviews on TA about this place and their slow service, with over 26 reviews criticizing slow service since 2017. Many complained about waiting one to two hours for their food. You can’t blame the pandemic and staffing issues, because these comments go back pre-pandemic to 2017. Either the owners don’t read TA, or don’t care to address this issue. The two ladies at the table next to us left the restaurant after waiting 45 minutes and not getting their food. They ordered fried rice and a salad. If you go there, expect a long wait!

I love this place! I was excited to go tonight. Food was wonderful as always. Service was bad. I know what’s going on lately so you have to have patience. But they had 2 servers running the FOH. Our server was not on point… I’m hoping just a bad night. Still this is one of our favorite places. White linens, table side. Just wonderful! Gem not found❤️

Some of the best food both French and Asian around here. The service was lacking, as they were understaffed. The decor is a little outdated.

Just be aware. As a google local guide and a long time customer at Saigon Paris Bistro, I am wondering if there is a new management at the restaurant? For a long time now, whenever I ordered pho here, I always asked for extra lime, and never was charged extra for the lime. However, today when I ordered Pho and asked for extra lime, $3.00 was put on the tab for the extra lime. I was never informed of this by the waiter. Now I did informed them that they never charge for extra lime before cause I have been eating here many times before and never once was charged extra for the extra lime, so they took the $3.00 extra out of the total. Next thing I noticed is that recently you will be charged extra for paying with Credit Card. Again, I have been customer of Saigon Paris Bistro for a long time now, and never once was charged extra by paying with Credit Card, but today I was charged extra for paying with Credit Card. This is the reason why I asked if there's new management at this establishment because I never got charged extra before for any of these things, but now all of a sudden all these new extra charges appears. I just want to write this review to inform others to be aware that there will be extra charges if paying with credit card or if you asked for extra lime.

December 2021 dining visit with friends was met with well prepared delicious food. Executed by the chef whom takes pride in the menu offerings. This is not fast food so if that’s what you want you’re in the wrong restaurant. Consider the ambiance of the dining room to enhance your experience. The wait staff are excellent and well versed in menus discription. My husband and I are frequent diners for over 10 years. Saigon Paris is a great restaurant!

Definitely will not go here again. This place is badly understaffed, unfortunately like so many other places in the United States right now. That said, we were in a hurry because we had to pick up somebody at the airport and arrived at 7:00 PM. After getting seated it took 15 minutes for the server to show up with two, dried out dinner rolls…looked like the type you could get from Sara Lee. Knowing we had to get to the airport by 8:15 PM we ordered right away, something simple (in our minds). We ordered a simple rice/veggies meal and Pho. Drinks came around 7:30 PM. Our dinner finally arrived at 7:50 PM. That’s 50 minutes from entering the restaurant to when we finally got served and there were only other four tables that had guests… The 20 other tables in the restaurant were empty. Our food was fine but again it was simple so I didn’t wow us.
