When in Ft Myers, this is a must stop for me and chow down. The owner and employees are welcoming, the food it delicious and reasonably priced. Check them out for yourself!
Not sure why it’s highly rated. Maybe it was an off day or something, but the arroz con gandules barely had gandules or really any flavor. The pollo guisado was extremely salty that even with mixing it with some rice still couldn’t be salvaged enough to eat. The pernil looked good until you go to eat it which had no flavor. I don’t know if they put the salt in the chicken instead of the pernil. There simply was no flavor on their food. Portion size is appropriate for the price, but neither does any good if it’s not flavorful or just salty.

Legit the best staff members. Such sweet people. The best Dominican/Puerto Rican food in the area. The food here was incredible and I felt at home.
