My daughter and I enjoyed the ice cream that day, chocolate was good.The only recommendation is to have more variety of flavors.
I order door dash snd they gave me what they wanted instead of calling me say they didn’t have what I wanted Instead of calling me and give me the option of what I would like to have they gave me what they want it I just had surgery and I can’t have Oreo and instead of them offering me a credit or something they just hang up
We ordered two flights, a large cherry ice and one strawberry shortcake concrete. The concrete was amazing, we are from Wisconsin and I can’t wait to come back and get another from Rita’s! Kids also loved all the flavors of ice! Super impressed!!! Thank you!
This has to be the creamiest ice cream in town. My kids love the Italian ice mixed into the ice cream too. It's such a treat. This is a drive up location. There really isn't much if a place to sit down and eat, but it's totally worth the drive up and take away!
Service here is always fast and very polite. We have come here regularly for years and never had a bad experience. I recommend vanilla custard with cherry ice. Lots of combos to please anyone.
Rita's Ice is so so good.With the Florida heat it is nice to have a treat that cools the body down.Never had bad service.Prices are reasonable.Treats are delicious ?Place is small. You just might miss it.Highly recommend ❤
Rita's is always my go to Italian Ice shop anywhere I go but this one was particularly better than the other ones due to the customer service. There was no rush to order and they were super kind.

The employees are always so nice when I come! Super friendly and energetic. I live pretty close so I’m here often and I’ve never had a bad experience. And of course, I love the Gelati’s!
Not only was I overcharged over 6+ dollars in extra things we didn't even have they messed my order up three times where I finally asked for a refund $28.45 was my total. The young Spanish girl tossed $12.89 at me telling me she knew how to make her item's, WHICH EVEN WASN'T THE CORRECT REFUND! Let me remind you I ordered TWO take 5 pumpkin concretes. First concretes they made were clearly the reeses peanut butter pie told then they were not correct they took back brought them back and they had added apple to them again not correct. I asked please could you not continue to add and remake correct way they brought back again a 3rd time wrong. Not to mention we ordered a kids custard cone twist flavor and they gave us an adult chocolate also wrong. We also stood at window for 30 minutes prior to ordering waiting to be helped as only concern was their drive-through. I will never return to this location fort myers which is sad cause it's our only location and our family favorite spot of over 20 years now is no more. It is not okay to yell at customers who were not even rude to you throw money at them and close a window in their face.
