Love the hamburgers, endless fries, and onion rings.Since COVID arrived, Red Robin has been hit hard.The night we went for dinner the bar, back dining room, and side dining room were closed off.The food was still awesome ?
Just ordered through Door Dash. They knocked once then left the food OUTSIDE! Got a burger and fries. It looks like we got a 1/2 order of fries and the egg is burnt! So bummed. Waaaay too expensive - last time with Door Dash, that's for sure
Of the Red Robins I have been to, this one is very good. The service is quick and all the staff members I've interacted with are super nice. They also get the steak fries to a level of crispiness I've never seen anywhere else.
I used to love this place. Last visit was absolutely horrible. Long wait, but only at 1/4 capacity. Burger was over cooked, shake machine wasn't working and I asked for more fries and never got them. What a disappointment.
Long wait to be sitted but our waitress Rebecca was wonderful. Food was good.
Wish I could give 0 stars here. Horrible experience, and we are very forgiving of the lack of staff. Our waitress took our order and that was it. She really didn't even deserve the tip we left. She was never around, didn't bring out anything to our table. We had to ask 3 different people for refills including the person that brought out food. It wasn't until over 20 minutes later that we got our drinks way after we ate our food and having to finally go to the host stand to ask for a drink. Don't waste your time here. Local places are much better and often cheaper nowadays.
We enjoyed this restaurant the first we visited. The second time the service was horrible! We were the first customers of the day and had to find the hostess. We all ordered impossible burgers. One order came with a real burger. The GM came out and argued that it was an impossible burger. Then offered to make another though we were almost done eating. The food came out barely warm. All the GM did was take off the wrongly made meal though still arguing it was correct. He did not even apologize that he was wrong. He was not professionally dressed either. We will not recommend this restaurant nor will we come back.
I love red robin! This location is always quick & the food is always perfect. I wish it was a little cleaner, but I realize they're have bad staffing issues, so that's not their fault.
This place is adequate. The food is too salty. They do have a bit of food choices. There food is also greasy. Their desserts aren’t bad. From experience they sometimes mess up the order so they sometimes have to change it. I would not recommend this place. There are hundreds of other restaurants out there to choose from. Their milkshakes aren’t bad also. The servers are nice also.
Great time with our group we had 15 people they seated us together no issues. Good food i had a burger. Service was good.
