2 to dine for $11.99 was AWESOME!!! The staff at this location always has the friendliest welcome, from the management on down. The Drive Thru was closed but I didn't mind going in to see these lovely people!!!
I really enjoyed this Popeyes in Fort Myers on Fowler St I went to on 7/7/22. (THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!) I can't remember the young man name who was my cashier.... Kudos to you sir!! Your friendliness and your promptness was on point. Also the restaurant didn't look like you all had a herd of bulls come through there.. but it was very clean and I appreciate that!!! LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!POST BY: ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
Terrible customer service went there yesterday air conditioner not properly working. Drink station excessively leaking water. Out of chicken sandwich at two pm. Manger with blonde hair is so unprofessional and colored girl with dreadlocks spikes is definitely unprofessional ask for refund denied calling cooperate office immediately
Everybody there is so awesome and friendly. They all liked my jokes and laughed and smiled which is why I like to talk to people. Nobody was rude, my food was great. I love Popeyes and I love everybody who made my food exceptionally awesome. What a great experience I will come back again for that food that just excites me every time Im hungry for some seafood and chicken.
I called since I made an uber order and i wanted to clarify what the driver told me. Angela (if thats her real name) was rude and gave me an attitude about the explanation. Sweetie if you dont want to work then why work? ??♀️ i made an order at 8:40 and they supposedly closed the fryer at 9:30 ?. Hell ya ima be a Karen since I just wanted to clarify and you want to be all miss attitude. Dont answer the phone if you have no people skills ?. Cant wait to see what nasty food I get ?Popeyes do Better!
Worst service I have had yet! Went to order just a classic chicken sandwich, which I saw they had, and I couldn't get service due to the racism shown towards me. The obese woman who was going to take my order had me wait 12 minutes as she served the three black gentlemen who came in after I did and forced me to wait. I never call someone out on racism but she said to my face "Cuz you white, wait till I'm done" These are the people you hire!? She also lied to my face, "we ain't got no sandwiches" instead of causing a confrontation I decided just to leave.Never coming back here. Discrimination is not ok and if that is what you accept in your establishment then I will never support your business.
asked for a spicy chicken sandwich no pickles and got a regular chicken sandwich with pickles, manager proceeded to disrespect the cashier in the drive thru window as if it were his fault so i told them forget it just gimme my food. incompetent manager and obviously disorganized
They don't open on time. Opens when they feel like it. Seems like there is no management to make sure employees start on time. Corporate of Popeye's doesn't keep an eye out for how their business is being ran. They will when customers stop going there and the company loses money. Florida has the worst customer service in most fast food restaurants compared to other states. Owners pay attention or get out of the business.
Once again this restaurant amazes me. It always has an extremely slow drive through. It was 5:00 PM on a Sunday. So I decide to order inside....the dining area is lockekd!I really wonder why I come to this location.
Worst Popeyes ever ! We Love Popeyes but will NEVER go back to this one. Unorganized, Rude, out of everything, cashier had no clue, and 15 minute waits for a sandwich. Dining room looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Beware !!
