I went there, first in line, and ordered a shrimp tostada. I ordered a side of black beans and a tea. I was late for school (class) and didn't check. I was assured that the order was correct. I get to class and open my food... no black beans, the drink is wrong, and pork in my tostada instead of shrimp. I called the manager and as of today (4 days later), they have yet to reply. I called corporate and they offered prayers and condolences for the occurrence.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DISAPPOINTMENT, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU...OTHERWISE GO TO ANY OF THE OTHER RESTAURANTS NEAR THIS BUSINESS!!!!
Went there for lunch early today. It wasn't too crowded when I was there, yet most of the tables were dirty. Second time eating at this Pollo Tropical and second time they mess up my order. However the lady at the front desk handing the food was super nice and gave me extra sauces to try.
Every time I come here they always run out of food. Today it’s the shrimp for the master trio at noon. A few other times it was out of all the chicken. How do you run out of what you sell the most here? And this place is run by lazy idiots. Best Tropical Pollo is by coconut point they’re always on point there. I hope they close the place down if management can’t fix this ongoing problem even with other customers that has complaints straight in a roll on here. So sad
This location is the worst. Waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes when there were only four cars in front of me. they were completely out of EVERY SINGLE SAUCE that they offer. which they didn’t tell me until I got up to the window. Who wants to eat a dry rice bowl? This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both times they were out of ingredients.
That forever in line at the drug through as it was going in slow motion. Repeated my order 3 times and even stated to leave the lettuce and tomato on the side when I got to the window. There was no rice in my tropichop after I asked for yellow rice! The guy in front of me sped off because I guess he got fed up at repeating his order as well. Something's got to give there. You could do so much better and have a great day sis going that you need to get it together.
Ordered three(3) servings of Tostones and they took over 45 minutes to get to my ticket and came back and told me they only have a single serving. Asked for a refund and the cashier totally ignored me and was very rude. Asked for a manager who was equally rude. Never Again!!!!!!
Visited this location today for the first time. Restaurant had ample parking around the building: upon entering noticed that Every table was dirty and in desperate need of cleaning. The table behind us had ants crawling all over the place. Staff seemed unprofessional and didn’t really care to be there let alone work or clean this place up. Food was ok not like other locations. Don’t plan to return and Don’t recommend visiting here.
I tried this one multiple times and I had it with location once and for all. Sign says opens at 10:30. Waited at the drive through order screen for 5 mins and nothing, pulled up to window and waited another 7 mins as workers inside ignored me (definitely saw me). Someone finally came and I asked if they were open he said "yes" I said " oh good all I would like is a chicken ceaser wrap" he left and came back three minutes later and said that can't do a wrap till 11. What?! ?
