Great food, cold beer, great service..reasonable prices…what else do you need?
Where has this place been all my life?? If you’ve never been here, today is the day to begin! My boyfriend and I were looking for a local Italian restaurant and came across Pizza Pub! We ordered lasagna and meatballs. Neither one disappointed. Sauce was delicious, lasagna was out of this world, and meatballs were great. Large potions. Prices VERY reasonable!! You will love this place!!! *the photo of the lasagna is only a half serving!!!
We have been coming to Fort Myers to visit our granddaughter for the past 10 years and for the first time visited the Pizza Pub. It was crowded and we were offered the opportunity to eat out on the patio. The owner came out and greeted us personally and took our order. The young lady who served us was totally awesome. The food was fantastic. By the time our group of 14 left, we felt like family. Jim (the owner) even came out to the parking lot and thanked us again. The next visit to Fort Myers will definitely include the Pizza Pub!Steve from Atlanta
Was just a big mistake in quality control. If they'd of looked in the box... they would of not got yelled at as it was one wrong question after another - so don't listen - got chewed out. Just nothing was working right for them and they were unaware of the product quality and customer service failures. It was literally a box of grease and sliding cheese. The Chef Salad was all but done by a Chef cause that was no Chef's Salad. Cubes of Cheese and Ham and very little lettuce. Just didn't look at what they were pushing out the door. In this day and age NO ONE has the time or money to repeat orders or to have to explain to a pizza joint - on how to make pizza. Engaged me as if I was the problem. Why didn't you say something last night? (Had to find dinner and not waste any more time or money with you. My neighbors and family are waiting to be fed... really not cool.) Are you sure you have the right Pizza Pub? (How many are there?) Just snotty and self righteous about their soggy bottom pies. If they would of just looked at it and called and explained the pie got away from them. There would probably be no review - but I have to call them out on the whole lazy, apathetic vibe... Could of asked the details of the problem! Could of said is there anything I can do to make this up for you? If I have to photograph my meals and provide quality control services for their food products - there is no need to eat there again - that is their #1 Job Priority! Some folks may find that that type of customer service and food products are ok. Well good for them but I can't afford the time or money on 3rd rate food product.
Look… this is a pizza, pasta place and I went there to have lunch with my good friend however I eat mainly Keto so I was a bit freaked out. I was pleasantly surprised with my order, I had the large antipasta salad and an extra sausage and meat ball on the side. Not bad at all. Our server was awesome! The atmosphere was casual, family. A decent place located out of the way, in a strip mall. Looks like a great pizza place and if you are low Carb they got you covered as well.

Ordered 3 items for delivery and only got 2!! Called them and told this lady that answered the phone what happened. She said oh it was pick up and I said I never said that. She said if you are going to be rude and hung up!! Tried calling back but they kept hanging up. Then they answered and said we will be right with you and put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 mins and then they hung up!!! Worst customer service ever!! No way to talk to management because they just put you on hold then hang up!
Our waitress, Rachel was great! She is outgoing, friendly, and attentive. The entire staff is hardworking and did a super job on a very busy night! Love the food! One of our favorite places in all of Fort Myers.
Food was excellent as always. It lives up to its reputation for over 30 years of business. Facility is small and you need to get there before 4pm or plan on a good wait. I suggest you order out and only have a 20 minute wait. Server is over worked and that attitude comes out which ruins the experience for me and affects the tip hugely which I can control completely.
Wow…. Just called This place to order 2 take out pizza’s. The girl on the phone was rude, and loud ! Talking a hour miles an hour and I couldn’t understand one word she said. When I told her I wanted to order 2 large pizzas she immediately repeated 2 large cheese pizzas and it would be 30 minutes. I said I didn’t order cheese pizzas I want 1 deluxe, and 1 sausage. She was rude and said 30 minutes and hung up.NO EXCUSE TO BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS ! Please quit your job !!!!!
