This has to be the worst pizza place in Fort Myers staft is rude. And can not ever get your order right when called in. Then tell you Waite 30 minutes and they will remake it???? DON'T EVER GO THERE
Was in a strange place with strange people so it was nice being able to calm my nerves by getting some Pizza Hut so something felt like my “norm”. Same awesome food prepared in the same way only difference was the people who made it but with Pizza Hut I know I’ll get the same nice & friendly service across the country (far as I’ve seen anyway, lol). Thanks for the food
So I called to order a pizza. No one would answer the phone. So I drove to the location, and the young lady gave me a big attitude. I ask why they did not answer the phone, and she said they where to busy.I understand the busy, but the attitudes are not exceptable.Anyway what a shame. Our kids have no respect or ownership. They think it's OK to be rude and think the customer is just an inconvenience.
This store is consistently disappointing. I'm mad at myself for assuming they would improve over time. They consistently make my orders wrong, and my friends have the same experience. I don't think they read past the name of the pizza. Light cheese? Pepperoni on half? No one there has the time or patience to deal with such things. Order from somewhere else.
One of the worst tasting pizza I have had in a long time. I believe it was prepared properly, it just wasnt very good.
Please shop local and don't waste your time. Citrollas is a great example and one of our favorites now. Extremely disappointed in Pizza Hut and will be avoiding.We attempted to order with coupons received in the mail. I was told they were invalid/they insinuated it was fake. However, based on other responses I wonder if they just didnt want to take the order (couldn't upgrade to stuffed crust). Either an apparent bait and switch by corporate or a disgruntled employee who didn't want to bother helping customers.Attached is the proof of the coupon recieved in the mail with expiration dates end of March.Also, who doesn't carry the nacho cheese anymore??
Worst pizza, delivery and employees ever !!!The app was not working well !! Mistakes from the app and other mistakes from the kitchen... people are very rude and pizza tasted very badI even sent an escalation to their customer service department and they never got back to me !!Please don't waste your time and money!!
I was compt. An order that they couldn't find from the previous week and the cashier Margaret was kind above and beyond what you would expect from pizza hut. She gets 5 stats
This was one of the best stuffed crusts that we have had in a long time!!! Our delivery driver was the best !!!
Sorry to say but I was very disappointed in the pizza that I ordered and had delivered today. Seems the toppings I requested were very sparse with only a slight sprinkle of each. For the money I spent, from now on I will go with an Italian restaurant close to me which my neighbors have said has great pizza and they also deliver. I wish you the best, but I will not order from you again.
