The blonde manager at this location refused to put extra sauce on my because it would mess with her inventory. When I showed her on the pizza hut app that they do not even charge for extra sauce she still refused.You know what's going to mess with your inventory? People not returning because you refuse to make their food the way they enjoy it.
Placed My order over an hour ago on line . Order confirmation told me 45 minutes . An hour goes by and I call to check on order . The lady who answered the phone immediately had an attitude and told me delivery time was 2 hours . I told her this was not acceptable as I have a email telling me 45 minutes .I asked her if I could speak to a manager and he said she was the manager . I asked her name and she refused to give her name .Very poor managerial skills !!!I have called to report to corporate and will be going into the store locally to speak with store manager .
I place an order and was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes just to be told my order didn’t go through . I had been sitting outside for 20 minutes . There was no compensation or sincerity . 0/10 I do not recommend. The manager didn’t even get on the phone .

After waiting almost 2 hrs. for my delivery, I called the store and was told they were cancelling all internet orders because they didn't have any dough! I asked when they were planning on telling me and they had no idea.Last order about 2 weeks ago was cold. Pretty poor!
A little nervous putting first order on the app but all items came out perfect and right on the time I asked for pickup . 3 pizza's and a great batch of wings NICE JOB.
Everything tasted great & was nice & hot. Only thing was the dough on the stuffed crust was not as good as usual. It tasted like it had pretzel dough in it??

This place is a joke. I was on hold for 29 min. Driving to the store. Then they girl in front answered the phone saying we don’t deliver to my phone number. What does my number have to do with my address. A bunch of losers. Trying to slack off in my opinion. Health department should shut them down. No gloves or mask. And coughing on pizzas.
Requested pie cut in squares. Well, first the cit slices. Then, realizing there mistake they cut squares in the same pie. Yeah. That was a hot mess. This it the third time this has happened. One cut or the other...not both.
