I've now gotten used to getting the pizza home and immediately firing up the air fryer or oven to further cook the pizza. It is what it is with Pizza Hut.
I want so badly to give this a 5 Star. I recall the amazing nostalgic feeling of Pizza Hut from my youth. The red cups, the table cloths. In today’s go go world first us millennials, the taste of the pizza, pasta, wings, goes so far. The marinara for the breadsticks, watching my kids enjoy the dinner box. At home vs. in restaurant as the times are changing and The Hut becomes out pizzaed by local spots, the taste of joy can still be found within the cardboard box crafted carefully with its retro logo. Sadly, the marinara was missing. They did apply a credit but I don’t want the credit. I want my children to know the sweet taste of Pizza Hut Marinara so they too can have a found memory of Pizza Hut to relish back on in the future. As family dinners are cherished sitting around a table, they are slightly less saucy without the amazing marinara from Pizza Hut. It was forgotten on this order, and it makes me sad for the world.
Ordered my pizza online at 6:00pm waited 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered. I called the store to find out the people there DID NOT have the DRIVERS phone number and couldn’t give me an answer as to where they were. I canceled my order and 20 minutes later I received a call saying they were at my house… after I had left to go get SOMETHING else to eat. Do not waste your time, do not waste your money, it is unbelievable the quality of food service here
No take out menus or boards to see what you can get and price. They had a small board that you had to scan into your smartphone. Funny thing was that 3 different smartphones were used and none of them could get enough signal to get a menu pulled up. Several lost customers!!!
I ordered 3 pizzas at 5:17pm and delivery estimation was 60-70 minutes. At 80 minutes I received notice pizza was on its way. 60 minutes later, still no pizza. I called the manager and he said he could put in a new order for us but it would be a 2 hour wait. I told him to cancel the order since I didn’t want to pay more than $50 for pizza riding around in a car for more than an hour. I’m really disappointed since we love Pizza Hut!
For reference, my house is 2 miles from this location. I ordered two medium specialty pizzas and was fine with the 60-65 minute delivery time. I placed my order at approx 640 pm and got the text that my order was out for delivery at 730pm. 54 minutes later, my order finally made it the 2 miles from the store to my house, luke warm and soggy. I can understand being busy especially on a big football Sunday, and I can understand being short staffed because who isn't short staffed these days? What I can not understand is why my food was in someone's vehicle for almost an hour to come TWO miles? The food itself was probably your typical pizza hut quality but since it was old and soggy and barely warm by the time I got it...Definitely would not recommend.
I would like a refund. The pizza seemed reheated and it was extremely salty. I had to eat it. Because I did not have anything to eat. Also the cheese seemed old
If I could give a half star I would. Placing an order for a single pizza should not take 3 hrs to arrive. Mistakes happen and things fall through the cracks. Thats understandable, but a manager that refuses to make it right (Adriana) with the customer is pretty abysmal. Other than a refund that I was already getting for an order never delivered, I was told there was nothing more that could be done to correct the issue or make it right. Buyer beware, you risk your time and money when order from this establishment.
I understand things happen, but you could of made my order right by simply remaking the pizza the way I ordered it. Don't go to this location. The manager was really rude and the food was not made the way I ordered it.
I don’t know why or how long are the not so good reviews for this pizza Hut store, but we had a great experience. Our pizza was delivered on time , order was perfect , delivers hot and delicious , and the driver was super nice and polite All this on Christmas Eve ! ??
