Walked into this place with two of my coworkers to be basically verbally assaulted by this very angry employee who told us that she wasn't taking any more orders until her manager got back and that we better onder online. She didn't tell us this. She yelled it across the room as soon as we opened the door, as if our mere intention to enter the building was a threat to her miserable existence. Most obnoxious interaction I have ever experienced in the world of customer service in the whole state of Florida, and that is a lot to say.
This store was dirty, the floors are so sticky that your shoes stick to them as you walk up to the counter. I don’t know how the health department hasn’t dinged them; their purses, personal drinks and trash are all over the counters; there are partially opened cardboard boxes littering the prep area; the girl who made my salad had to go in the back to get lettuce (I could hear her opening and closing cabinets and then a box) and came out wearing the same gloves that she’d already made a rice bowl, now having opened doors and boxes in those gloves she used them to put my lettuce into the container. The salad had so much dressing it was like soup. They didn’t have any change for cash. The windows and doors are filthy.I will not be back.
Jocelyn really held it down. She had another person with her but Jocelyn was doing it all by herself. Another worker came in and in 10 minutes the backed up line was taken care of. It's delicious!
Forgot how good this place is. Went last week for lunch at work, and already came back on Monday because it was so good. Fresh, healthy, friendly and affordable!
Great service-the employees were patient and informative when it was our first time ordering and the food was delicious! Great experience and will definitely be back.
Today was my first time at Pita Pit and it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and my chicken souvlaki wrap was delicious! I also got both the oatmeal raisin cookie and the sugar cookie and I’m so glad that I did! Will definitely be returning!
Showed up and had 3 employees standing around not working. Ordered a gyro pita, one young lady yelled into the back for more meat. I hear them arguing about not wanting to cut more meat. She comes out and tells me sorry we’re out of gyro meat. I’ve been coming here for years, I definitely won’t be returning while they have employees like this as their staff
I don’t even want to give it a star but to post this you have to give at least one! Ok so I ordered online with this store seeing how a family just walked in of maybe 6 people. I put the order in at 6:40 and sat outside in the car because it said it would be ready at 7:05pm I’m scared of getting Covid from any number of those people in the store that did not have a mask on. I lakes in at 7:05pm and They have not got my order ready yet and there are only 2 girls working. They actually waited on two people after I came in and took their order and completed it!! They were very rude and complaining that they were the only two there all day!! It is 7:19 pm and I still have not received my pita….I would of already left but I already paid for it and I’m starving! So I get ready to walk out the door and I said that’s why I’m sitting outside and I have my mask on cause I’m scared of covid! This girl was already on the defense cause she was rude to another customer cause she thought he said something about the service and apparently she thought I said I have covid!! Really? Why would I be in the public and just come from working a 40 hr a week job!! I finally received my food at 7:26pm So now I am going to throw the food away cause I don’t know if she spit in it or what!! I do not recommend this place at all!!
this place was filthy! it was the most ghetto pita pit i’ve ever been to. it was lunch rush hour and they were missing several toppings, unapologetically. both employees looked high af! one of them was coughing and not wearing a mask. i think she coughed into her glove and then made orders. disgusted! both of them has long greasy hair that was not tied up. they were both clearly stoned to the bone and moving at the speed of molasses.
This pita pit is one of the worst. They had hardly any toppings at all. The workers did not want to be here at all and it definitely showed with the way they were sitting around instead of actually working to possibly clean the place up and prep more toppings.
