Our food was fresh and cook to perfection. Service was good, no waiting time. I have 0 complaints. We had a great time.
The food (Mahi Mahi and Bourbon Salmon Platters) were good and our server Brooke was very nice. The tables were dirty. They put a piece of butcher paper down when they take you to your table. The table is already dirty and they just put the paper over it. I asked them to clean the table, which they did. Where the paper towels and condiments are on the table also needs a good cleaning.
Server was great. Crab dip was excellent. Fried mahi mahi was okay. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars. The corn and crab soup was ok. I expected more of a salty taste than sweet so did not care for it so much but if you like sweet then it is probably for you. Kids eat free after purchasing $14 or more platter. Pretty good deal
Great seafood and a fun atmosphere. Portions are generous. Every thing was prepared well.
Our waitress was outstanding. In the end it was some of the best sea food I have ever had in a chain restaurant. Drinks were nice and strong as well. My only disappointment is that there in not a Pinchers location near my home in Texas. Highly recommended.
Our server Stephanie was incredible. ! My wife and I went in to the Restaurant for a quick meal before going across to the Cinema, We only had an hour to spare, as we told our friendly waitress when she came to take our order. She really was on the ball for us, and quickly put our order in, whilst preparing drinks for us. We asked for a portion of Calamari to share and each of us tried the different soups that they prepare. The drinks were simple, but came just the way we wanted them, and the crackers on the table kept us in nibbles till the soups arrived. Their Clam Chowder is really good and the Lobster bisque is one of the best in SW florida. Our Calamari were crisp, and tasty and were a generous portion. Its not our normal practise to rush dinner in a restaurant, but this time Stephanie pulled out all the stops to see that our deadline was met. Fantastic Job. Well done and thanks to all concerned. The film? Murder on the Orient Express, . . . . wasnt as good as the first one in the series but we had a pleasant evening.

We love this place! Come here Everytime we are in the area. Kids love it. They were super busy on a weeknight and staff was hustling but got it done. I had soft shell crabs which are very good
