View was amazing. Called ahead to be put on the list, when we arrived there was no one waiting. They told us we would have a 20 min wait in addition to the 30 min call ahead seating. After the 20 min we were seated at a table that had been empty since our arrival. Server spoke to us her monotone and rehearsed, didn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. Our food was terrible. Dry fish, undercooked fries and crab cakes full of filler. The only dish that was acceptable was a Caesar salad. Calamari dry and rubbery. Way to expensive for the quality!!!
A chain restaurant located in the Wyndham Garden hotel has a pretty extensive menu, consisted of mostly seafood. The shrimp scampi noodle tasted pretty heavily doused with oil, and the garlic bread was very hard on the outside and almost tasted frozen or left out for a long time. The gumbo soup had a surprisingly very dark color to it that tasted overwhelmingly of hot spice and not a Southern type of spice.Pretty average atmosphere and food.
We had a great lunch today after our Edison and Ford Estates tour at Pinchers. The food was delicious and the views were incredible. Morgan was our server. All the staff were friendly.
We came here for lunch yesterday, it was busy and we couldn’t get an outside table but got an inside one. We’ve been to many Pinchers and never had a bad meal. The blackened mahi mahi was excellent. I had it with fries and coleslaw. It’s great value for money as our the 2 -1 drinks. We will be back next time we are in the area.
We dropped in for lunch, and were seated at table overlooking the harbor. We were told that this was a great seafood restaurant, but my husband is exrtemely allergic to fish and seafood. However, Sabrina, our waitress, took that in stride and ensured that his chicken sandwich was created away from all seafood dishes. We enjoyed the day and the view, but, unfortuately, 2 out our 4 lunches were not very good.
was in town for the weekend, asked a friend of a friend if they could recommend a great place for seafood and the next night, put the address in the GPS and off we went. We ordered the crab rangoon appetizer and it was delicious. We both enjoy grouper and that night they had black grouper and that's what we ordered, my spouse ordered fried and I had it blacked, it was everything that we hoped it would be. There is various locations, we were right on the waterfront and were entertained by a beautiful sunset. Don't pass this one by.
My family and I were in town visiting family for spring break and decided to stop in for an early dinner. We made sure to call in and put our name on the wait list 30 minutes before arriving, which was helpful during this busy season. I had a crab cake sandwich and it was delicious. My sides of green beans and rice were good but not great. My family members all liked their meals of fried shrimp, buffalo shrimp, and coconut shrimp. They also had good things to say about their sides of fries and garlic bread. We sat outside and the view of the river was lovely. Heavy rain moved in as we were finishing dinner, which just added to the fun. I felt just like Captain Fishbone from the Shell Factory.
The view was great and the atmosphere was nice but The food was far from fresh, pretty much Wal-Mart quality. We had a group of 7 and only one of us had a good meal. The shrimp seriously looked like it came from Walmart. The Alfredo definitely came from a jar and I had a piece of plastic in my noodles. My son ordered stone crab and it was so dry it was crumbling when he dug into the claws. We called the waitress over and said this doesn’t seem right and all she said is that’s what it looks like. Terrible crab for $50! I have never done a review but after spending $300+ on a meal, I felt it necessary to share. I think the 2 for 1 drinks all day every day are offered in hopes you won’t notice how poor the meal is! I wouldn’t be so upset but they advertise local seafood brought in daily from the Gulf. False advertising!
Delicious, fun, awesome staff!! We enjoyed arriving via water taxi and dining on the outdoor waterfront deck! Our server Nikki was fantastic!!!
Went by boat, the deckhand very knowledgeable and quick! Was a great experience, thanks to having a wonderful waitress! Her name was Cody and she was energetic, friendly and super efficient!! Our food was good too, and of course, fabulous views! I had the crab cake appetizer, it came with coleslaw. Both very good and plenty to eat. My hubby had the blackened shrimp, and our daughter had the shrimp scampi. Everyone said it was delish. We will definitely go back!
