Their thing is fresh kitchen. Yes, it is freshly prepared, but it is using a processed food product. When you read the descriptions everything sounds so flavorful and wonderful you want to try them all. However the end product does not live up to that hype. It's okay especially if you're a fast food person I would imagine this is a better alternative. But since I don't do fast food I won't be back. Which is really too bad cuz the descriptions make the food sound awesome.

This was our first time at Pei Wei Asian. Food was freshly prepared and hot. We ordered Chicken Egg Rolls, Honey Seared Chicken with white rice and the little cinnamon fried donuts. Service was very good overall and food was tasty. We did take out and I should have checked the bag more closely. We didn't get our sweet chili sauce for the egg rolls. Next time, I will double check. They were good but would have been better with the sauce.

Placed 2 orders of sesame chicken, one looked like it had had been eaten halfway and boxed back up, almost no chicken. No quality control or portion consistency, not worth the money

Terrible food. Thought they were closed since a new Panda Express opened up next door. Should of taken the hint but have been a fan of pei Wei for many years. Spent almost $60 for two for lunch with a small coupon. Rice was mushy and had a burnt taste to it. Sent back one entree because it was not up to temp. Replacement entree was not good. We left slightly hungry and threw away all left overs and bringing them home and thinking we may get sick

You’ll have a hard time ordering a healthy entree at Pei Wei. Most of the entrees hover around 800 calories or more. I ordered Korean Barbecue served with noodles. Well over 1,000 calories. I didn’t eat the noodles. The beef was tough. The spice was excessive. And there was a lot of vegetable oil in the dish (blame the cook for that.) Pork Egg Rolls we’re good. My wife liked her shrimp dish. It’s “one and done” for me.

This is a great restaurant. Sure, the food is great as always, but it is the staff that make it so awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. We weren’t sure that we were ordering a dish we would like. The man taking our order said, “If you don’t love it, I will make you something different”. Wow! Amazing customer service. By the way, we did love our order.

The Food was hot and fresh. I had Orange Chicken with white rice, a drink, and a Spring Roll. The order taker was very robotic, but efficient. The location is a bit tricky off Interstate Commerce Dr, near Alica Rd. The menu includes all the traditional items. On a side note, the Panda Express next door still had the dining room closed...drive thru only.

The General Tso chicken was WAY, WAY too spicy. It burned my lips, mouth and throat so much that even though I enjoyed the general flavor, I couldn't eat much with my mouth on fire. Their lo mein noodles were way overcooked and the sauce bland.

Food looks great. Restaurant clean. Took 40 minutes + to get my curry chicken ordered at 7:10 pm. The entree was excellent. One particular employee did not follow through on me asking for my order to be changed to carry out or bring me a carry out lid. They are great at taking your order, not so good on the follow through. My wonton soup to eat in the store was served in a large to-go clear plastic container. I thought it had an odd flavor, maybe due to the plastic? I would not order it again. Panda Express is immediately next door if you're in a hurry.

Great food and great service. I like Pei Wei better than the parent restaurant, PF Chang. The Mongolian green beans are my favorite thing lately. Order salad greens instead of rice and you have a huge meal just with the salad. Keep it up you guys!
