I would give it 1 star but because the representative that took my order was very nice, I gave it 2 stars. I ordered the spicy chicken sub which was a new option on the menu. It was nothing fancy, nothing to remember. The part I remember is taking a bite and pulling out a piece of white paper material that was in my sandwich. When I took it back to show them I noticed on the other half sandwich the cheese had the white paper still attached to it as well. I was totally disgusted. They made a new sandwich for me but did not offer my money back or any other accommodation for something that was wrong on so many levels. How do you not notice a whole piece of paper when you are making the sandwich?!? I will not return or advise any one I know to visit there.
Place was dirty the walls I didn't go to the bathroom the pop machine was all sticky and pop all over. Three girls standing behind the counter doing nothing when they should have been cooking. Food wasn't bad but I do like to eat a cleaner establishment.
Spicy chicken nuggets w ranch dressing, waffle fries, and root beer was sooo good.. nothing missing from the order:)
There was literally NO chicken on my sandwich. I ordered online and picked up the order inside. Went back to work and realized that my CHICKEN sandwich had no chicken! Called several times and no answer. Emailed corporate.
Kids meal nugget's were the size of a marbles 5 nugget's more like crumbs... my kid asked where are the nuggets.. (5 year old) asked for chesse on my butter chicken got home to dry "cold"chicken with 2 pickles no chesse.. and frys super hard, and mac and chesse noddles hard and cold. always fresh made to order.. biggest lie since president biden. thanks for the waste of 20 dollors and should mention this was my first experience from pdq.. first time
I had fried chicken on a tossed salad. Very tasty. You may also order grilled chicken.
Nice place. First time there. Hard to give a fast food restaurant 4 stars. I would have given it 3.5 but obviously that option is not available.Its a nice change from Chic Filet. Tasty salad and more than enough for a meal. Prices are okay given the current economic issues. Kind of in line with today's pricing.The girl at the counter was very courteous and I'd give her 4 stars. Warm smile and very friendly. Plenty of places to sit, even for the worry-worts and their silly social distancing. No masks required (Thank God).
I avoid their fried chicken tenders and go for their salads which are loaded with fresh ingredients, just cooked grilled chicken, and a delicious light dressing. Very tasty and highly recommended.
First time here and I enjoyed the food a lot. They had broccoli as a side dish. It was different but pretty darn good. I had the honey butter chicken sandwich. It was messy but worth it. I'll definitely go back. There's a lot more to explore.
Why is my order never ready on time.. we have pre order chicken tenders platters a few times and they are never ready when we get there. It's not like we order at the last minute. We order the day before. The last time we placed an order for a 12:30 pick up. They were not ready until 12:50.. this is the third time this has happened.
