The food was good but the new Mac and cheese is TERRIBLE!! We got it as a side for my sons kids meal. It was soup with barely any pasta. I sent it back and 10 mins later they brought back the same thing. The manger did not care nor did nothing to resolve the issue. Not good customer service at all they need a new Mac and cheese recipe.
Staff here have been repeatedly lazy. Its the only thing i can say. Just because its fast food doesn't mean we want food thats been sitting and cold. Second time happening going to the drive thru. They even had us pull up to the stop sign just for cold food. Tried the new ranch sub would have been great if it was hot and the bread wasnt hard. It sat so long that the wrapper was stuck to the bread. It soaked all the sauce. We just went to taco bell next door didnt even bother going back. If you gonna be that lazy at least pop it in the microwave to make an attempt.
Very unprofessional, picks fights with the customers and doesn’t want to properly make something right when they made a mistake. I can’t believe the manager acted this way, had a rotten attitude and wouldn’t provide her name because she didn’t want to get into trouble for being wrong. We were very nice & understanding because mistakes happen but do not appreciate how we were talked to like a piece of garbage for simply wanting it corrected. I never leave bad reviews but this experience deserved one. Grow up and learn how to work in customer service or get a new job that doesn’t deal with the common public.
Great flavor and great service some of the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! The mac and cheese was really good not all soggy mush noodles like most places and the tenders and sauces packed just the right flavors!
Service was quick and efficient. Chicken fingers were hot and fresh, waffle fries not so. Was with a group of six for early dinner 5pm and overall impression was above average for this visit. Would have been higher if not for waffle fry issue.
It's in the name.They got my order wrong!Within only two minutes ,' I didn't even tell them' they came around with our correct order. I've never seen that in any establishment..Above and beyond the call of service.With clean facilities, and friendly attitudes the only question ,'is the food good?'.Yes it is exactly what you expect out of a chicken joint.
This location has gone downhill over the years. I usually ask for an extra tender on my sandwich and depending on who is working they say it’s not possible or it is. And of course I would be willing to pay for it. Today the fries came out over cooked and definitely had been sitting for a while. They also said they couldn’t add an extra tender because the sandwich was already made. Inconsistent and mediocre I won’t be back unfortunately- I used to love this place.
Place is big and very clean front guys are really nice and courteous the chicken tenders are perfect to enjoy any game fries are fabulous I’ll back as soon I can
Favorite fast food chicken restaurant! Kids love it too. Better seasoning and flavor than Chick-fil-A, I love their fresh squeezed lemonade and oatmeal cranberry cookies!
The food is good and the prices reasonable. If you're going through the drive-thru, check your order for accuracy before driving away.
