Ordered the NY Style pizza because it looked so good in commercial. Love a big foldable slice! Wish we would have gotten one. I was very generic, just like a bigger hand tossed from Pizza Hut. The toppings were sparse and had only one little pepper for an extra large pizza. The sauce is a bit sweet for me, but my husband did like the sauce. The real bummer was the dull crust. No flavor at all. Additionally, it was over $25 dollars with tip and feeds 2-3. Last pizza from Papa John's was not good (deep dish) so we gave it another try with this one. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good, just meh... Guess we'll be sticking to local shops. Papa John's new slogan should be, 'it's late and we're still open' (that's why we rolled the dice on it!).

Called the number and got a recording giving the options .... told me to press "3" for new orders.. got a very rude, snot nosed gal who told me to call back and press "3" to place a delivery order she then hung up on me as I was trying to explain that I did exactly that.... called back and got her again telling me the same thing... yes, She hung up on me .... called the Manager and he was even more clueless than she was... (at lest pressing " 5" to get him worked)..... deciding that getting an order in was more important.. I called back and pressed the number "2" option (which was to check on the status of a current order) and got my order placed...... They need to check on their phones, not get rude and snotty with people just following the instructions.... Pizza is always Good , so that is important as well, if it wasn't, this place would not be worth the trouble!!!!!
There alright on time but they could do way better with how clean they are and they could do better with the pizzas.
Called papa John’s 40minutes before closing, they said no problem they will be 25-40 minutes. They never showed up at all with the order and the store is now closed till the next day ? never ordering papa John’s again…
We ordered The Works pizza to be delivered. When it got here the toppings had slid off to the box corner and it was cold. We stopped the delivery guy so he could see it. He called his assistant manager trying to get us a new pizza and a refund. No deal. This manager had an attitude. He said to give our money back and we could deal with this cold nasty pizza. We will not order again. This store is at 19031 Tamiami Trail in San Carlos Plaza.
Can’t take an order local. Woman that doesn’t speak English hung up on me. Papa John’s is terrible, find somewhere else with better pizza
Yuck! Their sauce tasted more like sugar than tomato. Worst pizza ever- oh wait! Leoni's is actually even worse. Is there even any Good pizza in this town ?
