I'm completely bummed out I've been in the Drive-Thru for about 14 minutes I understand that they close at 10:00 p.m. it is 9:00 pm at the moment and I finally get to the drive-thru and they tell me that they're not making any sandwiches right now the only thing I'm able to order is a soup or a salad because they have closed there kitchen down why are you closing an hour early why can't you make a sandwich at 9:00 at night when you guys don't close until 10:00 super disappointed I understand y'all are busy you might even be short staffed but you should still stay open as advertised or advertise something else as far as business hours are concerned I was really looking forward to that sandwich and was unable to get it because I was here 1 before they closed crazy
Friendly service and great food. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee was hit a fresh. Great variety of baked goods, bagels, sandwiches, and wraps. Fresh lemonade and juices. Great variety of teas.
The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food however you would expect that because it is a franchise you would get consistency. My smoothie was bitter and grilled cheese soggy and way too oily. I would definitely give them another chance as they were probably having a bad day and that’s understandable.
Nice menu. Nice food. Some tines the drive thru drive me crazy. But in general I love it!
The Signature Take and the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwiches are quite good, with distinctive ingredients and flavor.I ordered my Signature Take as a standard, with creamy tomato soup as the side. I liked the flavor and tenderness of the chicken, the cheese "chunks" (kind of like a cracker), the aoili, and the greens, as well as the brioche roll.A couple days later, I ordered the Spicy Take with extra spicy pickle spread and extra Buffalo sauce, and chips on the side. The sandwich was quite messy, but it had a big and bold taste.
Went for lunch with my kids. Sat for a while waiting for the buzzer to go off. I finally went up to the pickup window and asked the lady if our food was done. She says oh it’s over here and points to a table next to the pickup window. I explained to the lady the buzzer never went off and she said, well the battery isn’t dead. By the time we got our food the soup was not even hot and my daughters Mac and cheese was cold. Very disappointed.
I ordered yesterday at 7:30 pm March 22nd on a Tuesday !! My food was thrown in the bag sloppy! Also straw was not covered or the bread rolls for my soup .The sandwich was nasty with old stale hard bacon and old cold cuts! Your workers also look sloppy too and didn’t care ! It’s just a paycheck to them ! So disappointed at all these fast foods!
My delivery order was missing multiple items. The manager I reached at the store was polite and stated she would send replacement items. Someone called over an hour later and told me the delivery would be canceled and hung up. Cannot reach anyone now. I paid over $35 for a salad. Stay away from this location
I love the Panera Brand. The one in Cape Coral is amazing. This one, OMG, I only ordered a lightly toasted everything bagel with extra butter. They gave me a very toasted bagel with No butter on it and just threw my bagel in a bag with the small butter packs on top of my food. Crazy, I never seen that before. This is the second time I got a salad with wack lettuce. Nothing like the greens in the picture. Last time the lettuce was stale and I had to return the salad. No apologies just acted like I was the problem. I’m done with this place.
