The food is always delicious but wow waiting in line for 40 minutes…. That’s ridiculous. Literally almost passed out waiting for the food to cook as they had run out and them to finish online orders. I wish they would plan ahead for their busiest times or not accept online orders during their busiest times of day
The food is good but the service is really bad. I probably stood in line for 45 minutes because they're so busy and trying to pay attention to to go orders and leave us standing there. They should have one individual working to go orders so the rest can concentrate on the line of 25 people. There was a young man in line behind me and placed it to go order and he got his food before I ever got up to order mine. Also by the time I got up there in the front section they only have one on tray left, three was missing and she said they wouldn't be replacing. It was only 6:00 p.m. they need to concentrate on the cleanliness as well
Good food, good quantity with top class quality. I really enjoyed the meal.
They were busy, but the employees remained calm. Even though the line was long, the employees served everyone in a timely fashion. Meanwhile paying attention to the customer and their orders. It was strange that there wasn’t music playing in the background, but it was still very peaceful. I was very happy with my food, and how it tasted. The portions were good, and I didn’t feel like I was being robbed on the serving size. I would definitely come back and recommend eating here if you’re look for Chinese food that doesn’t taste greasy.
Terrible service! Today I went in to purchase lunch and when I started to eat after two bites found a hair. Went to get my money back as I no longer wanted food from that place for obvious reasons and the manager along with another employee were mad at the fact that I had a hair on my plate and requested my money back. They gave me back my money and never apologize for the inconvenience. The least a food business can do is apologize when these things happen.
If you do not specifically ask for teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken you will receive dry chicken with no sauce. This has happened every single time without failure. Teriyaki chicken should come with the sauce. I should not have to ask and then make sure it’s put on the chicken
Completely messed up my order I had to wait for fried rice I got some sesame chicken that I did not order they charged me extra for shrimp I did not get one shrimp and the sesame chicken was terrible I was supposed to have orange chicken so I spent $17 on pretty much nothing. Definitely definitely check your food
Fried rice was bland no flavor at all. Crab Rangoon didnt have a single piece of crab literally wanton and cream cheese, they were out of veggies and teriyaki chicken (i feel like these are staples for any chinese place like this) there wasnt a price listed for the spring rolls apparently those are an upcharge that neither employee told me about about. the only decent thing about my meal was the chicken and mushroom. it was a first time try for me and all i can say is not bad but certainly not great. There is another similar place across the street that executes better for a cheaper price. As a first time customer, this place left a lot to be desired.
They rush you I get it they are trying to get the lines down, but don't rush and not be attentive to what i'm ordering.Very SHORT HANDED with food I understand shrimp or steaks but orange chicken?I watched the guy before me get One scoop and the chicken was still sticking to the spoon , then next mine the same thing and the guy after me also got short handed and he looked sad.Food was good this time but the ladies are being overboard with conserving the entrees.
Broccoli tasted like dirt (literally) and the chow mien was so dry. I love this place, unfortunately this was the worst. Standing in line for ten minutes when no one was serving anyone else. Never again on lunch will I come here. I've come twice and walked out due to the line and wait.You can even see in the photo the noodles are dry. I threw my food away. (Over it)
