Don’t normally eat at chain steakhouses but I was given a gift card, so we decided to stop in tonight. I was actually pleasantly surprised how good the food was. I got a 12oz ribeye topped with garlic butter, a loaded baked potato and broccoli. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We also tried their new bloomin fried shrimp which was amazing. Overall great experience.
I came here for dinner and drinks with my mother and daughter, and we had a terrific time. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. Tiffany, our server, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She knows how to treat her customers right. She gave us all wonderful meal and beverage recommendations and made sure we were properly taken care of. Our dinner arrived quickly, and she made certain that our glasses were kept full. Tiffany made our night extraordinary, and we can't let her go unnoticed.We'll definitely be back!
I came in with a few friends for dinner and drinks and all we have to say is WOW! Our dinner was delicious, and Tiffany, our server was incredibly warm and welcoming, as well as professional and attentive. She made excellent suggestions and made sure we were all taken care of. It has been awhile since the wife and I have dined at Outback. No reason in particular. All I can say is wow! She tried the sugar steak and it was cooked to perfection. So tender she didn't need a knife and the taste was amazing. I had the fried chicken which was juicy and tender. Shout out to the kitchen tonight! Our waitress was fast and friendly which made our experience all around great!
Great chain/location for a good meal. We had decent service. Food was good and came out quickly. They happened to be out of pineapple juice during our visit so i wasn't able to order my usual drink but no biggie it happens. Overall good experience and we will be back.
Serving portions continue to shrink, prices continue to rise, and service is mediocre at best. This is how we received the sweet potato as our cups remained empty.

We have never been treated as rudely as we were on 3/22/22 at 6pm , it was a Tuesday and the restaurant was almost empty. We were asked to set it a table by a window and we and we were told we could not because they were saved for big parties although we saw many couples sitting at these tables by themselves. Not only were we told no but we were told very loudly and very rudely at the front door in front of all other customers coming in. Two very young boys who had no concern about how they were speaking to anyone. There are so many restaurants out there right now that I doubt will ever go back to Outback and if we do it won’t be that one. We will now be going to other steakhouses where we know that we always had great service and been treated very politely
I want to say I had amazing service the drinks brought out quick. We didn’t need to ask for anything at all. Our server was funny caring and compassionate. He came back several times to check in on us. The food was delicious especially the steak my husband had. It was seasoned just right and was very juicy. We got to actually thank the chef personally. Very grateful and blessed to celebrate our 16 year anniversary celebration together.
What an amazing experience. We have tired outback but had a few gift cards. We came in after a long day and our day was made brighter by our waiter. Frank was attentive and aware. Never made us feel like we were bothering him. We have eaten at many restaurants that were not as busy as this one tonight but he made it seem like everything flowed. We will be back
