My favorite has always been the unlimited: soup, salad and breadsticks. We had an excellent waiter, Luciano that did an excellent job.
Food was very good and breadstick outstanding tonight. However, Service not very good and cashing out was a mess. Got charged for items we did not order and could not get the machine to accept our payment. Manager did finally get everything correct.
Our server Pam was very wonderful, she didn’t miss a beat and she made us feel very welcomed. Haven’t had great service like this in a while. Thank you once again, Pam.
Always decent food here, but horrible customer service from some of the hosts and wait staff, specially if you're Latino, it seems. Go to Carrabas further inside GCTC. They have great food and always treat EVERYONE respectfully.
Food was great the service from the waiters great, the bad part is I spoke to a service manager, she offered to help me but never came back , how she was going to help if she didn't bother coming back.As I'm leaving I asked for general manager, lady offered to get him that he was in the back, told her I will just call. Stepped outside to call, I was told he has gone home , wow lol.Conclusion service is great , management sucks.
we try the Restaurant one more time because year's ago I didn't like it , In other location . But this one was so GOOD and the attention was excellent. Food was delish . I recommend it !! The Ziti was the Key
Pam is the best server ever. She was amazing and most professional. Alway smiling even though she wore a mask we were able to see her smile through her eyes and positive attitude.

Haven’t eaten in an Olive Garden in 20 years! Food was absolutely delicious, chicken/shrimp carbonara, better half had lasagna, equally pleased. The service was also great.
