I love Olive Garden usually, but this time made me not want to eat here again. My girlfriend picked up to go for me and brought it to my work. It’s only about six minutes away so I can’t blame it on the travel time. She got me the Tour of Italy. It all looked great, but looks can be deceiving. The lasagna was good, not great. The chicken parmigiana was rubbery & honestly not good at all, but the fettuccine alfredo (usually my favorite) is what got me. I was so incredibly disappointed in it. It was completely flavorless, & just, not at all, what I expect from Olive Garden. I ended up throwing most of it away. I mean I know they’re just a chain, but I’ve always enjoyed their food. I guess we won’t be back. I’m honestly disappointed.
Very dissatisfied service.Have been coming for years. This time around the waitress had an attitude and was unprofessional. When was addressed with the manager the manager had the nerve to tell us to keep our opinion to ourselves basically told us to shut up this occurred while the waitress has her back turned to us and whispering to the manager about us as if we aren’t standing there. If that isn’t unprofessional conduct by both waitress and manager I don’t know what is. No worries we won’t be going back. I know we are only one customer but perhaps others can relate and will do the same. Only volume of customers can make a difference and make a change. Apparently the manager had no intentions to address the issue but to cover up for her waitress behavior. Very disappointing.
Nearly five minutes to be greeted after seating. Server, Mark, very cheerful. Responded quickly with extra sauce, but left drink empty for over 10 minutes. Chicken scampi and eggplant both good. OG is consistently OK.
Went there for Mother’s Day and had an amazing time. The service was spectacular. They made sure a table with 10+ people were satisfied. I’ve been there many times, but never tried any drinks so I tried the berry sangria… and well three of them later we we’re still sitting there chatting. I hadn’t gotten to spend time with my mom due to her being in the hospital for surgery so having a good time with her was important. I know they always provide the best service. Thank you! The food is to die for.
Never dissatisfied with Olive Garden!!! We sat in the bar area for the first time. So figured I would do a few more first!!! Our waitress was over top good and funny to boot!!! Kristie I hope I'm not slaying her name served me some of the best margaritas ever my first time having one... We ever make our way back to Florida we will stop in to see her for sure!!! She a must be if you dine there for sure!!!
Great service. Great food and they had 5.00 special small frozen spaghetti if you had an entrew. Excellent. I had shrimp appetizer. Had enough left over for another meal
Waitress and service was friendly and good except she forgot to bring my soup. I ended up having to remind her and what kind it was. Usually not a big deal but I ordered the unlimited salad and soup meal so I was looking forward to it more than usual. To be fair she appeared to be doing 2 jobs at once.Salad was fresh and great as usual. Rest of the food was delicious and at a good value. We will be back.

Very impressed with this restaurant. It was quite busy but, staff was extremely pleasant, quick service, & a real delight.Food was excellent as well. Very clean place, perfect for that date night if you have plans for Valentine's Day.
Really disappointed, It should be noted that we have received good service from the waitress, who was the only one who attended us all the time! Everything was good until the manager for this location came back with our invoice and a really bad attitude telling us that 20$ wasn’t enough for gratitude.. sorry do I’m wrong? we did tip and mrs Marin tell us that we “MUST” give much more than that! Is it really optional? It was really uncomfortable!
