I paid $8-$9 for a bowl of queso for an order I placed 25 minutes before arriving. When I got there, the order wasn’t even ready. I waited for them to scoop the queso which only took a few minutes, but then it was lukewarm when she gave it to me because it wasn’t in the warming unit, it was out by itself. I asked for hot queso, because by the time I get home it’s going to be cold. Instead of warming it up, the manager ran and grabbed a thermometer to prove me wrong. Regardless of the thermometer, it’s literally lukewarm in my hand. The staff then proceeded to pass it around in their hands to feel it and every worker to tell me I’m wrong and that it’s hot. What a disgrace to Cinco de Mayo.
Unfortunately this was the worst dinner at a Moe’s I have every had. My wife and I love Moe’s but this one in particular has struggled quite a bit, from cold food, especially what wasn’t supposed to be cold, ( chicken, rice) to running out of items and needing customers to wait for 5-10 minutes (cooking chicken, cooking vegetables, etc.).I drive by this Moe’s every night and am sad to know I won’t trust my meals and hunger here anymore.
We were there at 1:35 pm; basically late lunchtime. First time there ( or actually at any Moe's). Told there were 3 chicken offerings for the sandwiches. One chicken container had about 1 scoop of meat in it. The other two had maybe 3 scoops each. Asked if there was any fresh chicken ready or available. Answer was No. Passed on the chicken. Can't understand how a business can be run when you don't have more food ready to refill containers. Checked my credit card account tonite and see that the store charged me twice. Will wait to see if they credit my account.
Retraining is desperately needed. The place is disgustingly dirty and there is NO understanding of customer service. 3 tacos and a stack took over 20 minutes to make. The lid for the taco container was covered in cheese and when I asked for a new one you would have thought I was asking for the world. Will NOT be going back.
It’s crazy that I can order online, they can charge me not once. Not twice. But 3 times and STILL not have my order, and provide absolutely no help other than “you can wait around and see if it comes through the system”, and then when it never does, can’t help with my refund or actually helping a customer.This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had issues with this moes. And will traveling to the forum location from here on out.
Missing a taco, rice from a kids meal, chips were literally 3 big chips and a half a bag of crumbs. Usually love Moe’s, but this one was flat out bad. Avoid at all costs.
Came at 4:00 pm. The service wasn't great the girl had an attitude and seemed irrated at us having the audacity to show up and make her work. They said 5 mins on steak and it took 20 mins and the burrito was cold. We wanted to have our meal there and they threw everything in a bag and was a sloppy mess because the girl didn't put the lid on the bowl. Not a single customer in the place but every table was filthy. All sauces were gone. And there were no plastic wear. I've been in the service industry for 15 years I understand everywhere is short staffed. However doesn't mean workers need to be rude and careless.
This is the second time the same girl has given unfriendly service their Staff not friendly at all and they are out of ingredients the rice is hard the chips were burnt and they charged me and didn't even tell me the price. I've been to alot of different moes and never had this experience won't be back to this location.
Awful. Walked in at 5:09 on Sunday. Clearly read all the signs stating they close at 6. Ok, no problem. We have time. 3 employees in the back. 1 poor girl working out front. 7 people in line ahead of us. No chicken, no salsa, girl drops the spatula and picks it up to continue cooking. That was our cue to leave. Who is supposed to be managing this store?? Absolutely disgusting.
Consistently closes early and won't change their hours on Google. When they are open they are always out of food and employees (including the manager) act like they don't want to be there. Avoid this location at all costs!
