First round of zinger mountain melt was burnt and the second had chives on it still ? the pretzel was okay & he forgot our dessert,so we just left. The service was okay. Drinks took a while for refills. People seemed like they didn’t want to work there. Even made jokes with the hostess to lighten to mood, but she even made comments about wanting to walk out….No one checked on us after our food just asked if we wanted dessert to go after we already told him what we wanted as dessert. The food was not great.
Was so excited to try their ribs, even tasted the BBQ sauce b4 to make sure it wasn't too "tangy" - it was sweet & DELICIOUS... both our mouths watered.... Until we tasted our ribs. They had a large amount of dry rub & were awful. We inquired & double checked the menu - no mention of a dry rub. We do not usually like dry rubs & explained we would've ordered something different. One potatoes wasn't cooked well. Our waitress was very nice & got the manager. I literally took 2 bites of my ribs, he didn't care, nor did he care that our meal wasn't as described. He didn't offer of a substitute. In fact, we didn't know if he deducted anything until the bill came - he had just left our table. She said he took $10 off the total, but then there was an error, so when the final bill came the manager changed the credit to only $7.50. We didn't take any food home. We won't be returning.
We went here on a Saturday, late-afternoon for dinner. It was not busy at the time, and they sat us almost immediately. As the evening progressed and we left it got super busy. There looked to be a long wait outside. We ate outside. It was covered and there was a bar, high tops, and a ton of TVs. They had a huge fan, which helped as it was hot, but not uncomfortable.I was offered a high chair for my 2.5 year old daughter, which I declined. She ended up finding the high chair in a corner and putting her stuffed animals in it.The waitress was very kind and even brought a special drink for my daughter. She was attentive and seemed to be the only server besides another gentleman that had a huge party he was helping. There were people of all ages and a sprinkling of them at the bar. No one seemed interested in the TVs but I imagine if there were a big game or fight it might be different.I had the Fish and chips. Excellent. My husband had some sort of chicken over French fries. He mainly ate the chicken. We ordered cheesesticks for my daughter. Those were good too.It seems they are re-doing the patio on the outside as there was orange gating and torn up concrete everywhere. Wouldn't effect your dining experience, but if you park in the rear where most of the parking is, there is no sidewalk to walk to the door up front. Minor annoyance with a 2.5 year old in tow. Also minor, the parking is right next to their trash, which smells horrible! Not very enticing when you are going to eat.To sum up the food is above par for a bar/grill. The service was excellent even though they seemed to be short-staffed. Food was a bit over-priced ($70 with a very nice tip), and parking was not ideal.I would and probably will visit again, but this is also about 40 minutes from where I live. If you live near-by or are visiting the area, I definitely recommend.
When my family asked where I wanted to go to celebrate my graduation dinner, without hesitation it was MILLERS! Food quality, presentation, and flavor was excellent! But more importantly, the outstanding customer service from Lee made the experience top notch. He is knowledgeable of all menu items, friendly, and personable. He had my whole family smiling and laughing, creating an enjoyable mood of the night. Thank you for your excellent service, Lee. We will certainly be back to see you soon!
This is our second time eating here after arriving in Fort Myers. It’s a pretty decent place overall. The service was a little slower this time than before, but the food and drinks were good. The specialty pitcher drinks weren’t really that strong for the price, but the food was reasonable for the size portions we received. The Cobb salad was large enough to be shared. The nachos were delicious and also large enough to share. We also enjoyed the burgers. We enjoy this place because it is just minutes from the airport, its easy parking and when we arrive it’s convenient for our local friends to also meet us. They are able to accommodate our group of 8 easily. Food and drinks are a wide variety so everyone is satisfied.
If you’re looking for water down drinks, this is the place. Food was ok waitress said. That’s how they make them. I will not be back.
I ordered dinner for a delivery and was given the latest time for a delivery estimate. The meals took over a half-hour later to be made, never mind delivered. I canceled the order but was still charged the bill on my credit card. I called when I received my credit card bill and was told a manager would call me back ASAP. I repeated this action to no avail. It is as if they don't care about stealing somebody's money. My only avenue is to place a complaint with the Credit Card company. Let's see what happens!!
The prime rib special was tough, the gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted like there was sugar in it & the soft pretzel was greasy. I had heard great things & seen good reviews so I was really disappointed in my dinner. Hoping it was just an off night; I may try again in the future with different food.
Short Wait for a booth. Waitress was very efficient. Very popular sport's bar. Baby back ribs with sweet potato fries real tasty.
I have eaten here many many times and always had a great experience. Only one time it was very busy and we ended up getting a table in the outside patio area where smoking is allowed and which I didn't care for plus it was very loud with a lot of men just getting off work... LOL!! Seriously though, I could eat here weekly. The photo you see are meals off the lunch menu. Meatloaf dinner and ceasar salmon salad. Excellent prices too!!! Delicious!!!
