The food is always very good. The best part of the place is in the kitchen. Front staff are hand chosen unhappy people.Group of 14 with children chased out while we were there today. Maybe too much work? Not enough tips from nondrinkers? Very uncomfortable for the 1st and last time visitors and for onlookers. Think I'll get takeout next time, if there is one.
This restaurant serves consistently good food, that is why there is a line out the door sometimes waiting for a table.The onslaught of snowbirds in the winter is overwhelming for any restaurant here. Don't complain because you have to wait or that the staff ignores you when you walk in ! There is limited staff here, just like everywhere.They manage the orders so the kitchen can keep up and your food comes out hot and good !Soups, salads, sandwiches, seafood, everything we have had here is great.
Nice food and a good burger. Only thing food the food is I would add a deli type mustard. The onion rings were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The Genesis was the proper temperature and poured correctly. The server was a hoot. Nicely done.
I guess the first hint should have been the cackling old lady (I'm surmising was wasted) hanging off her bar stool so loud that she was probably heard from Siberia. We stood there at the door for about 20 minutes unaknowledgd by staff. Hostess? What hostess? When finally seated was served our drink and given a menu and then ignored while others were seated, ordered, and served apps whilst we sat for about 25 minutes. At that point we asked the woman who got our drinks if she could take our order and she said that she doesn't take food orders and pointed to someone else who totally ignored us as others who came in after us got their orders filled. We don't mind waiting at all, but don't ignore customers. At that point we got up went to the bar and paid our tab. So bottom line, was there for an hour and no food. And, will not EVER have their food because we won't return. There are too many great restaurants in the area who are more accomodating to their customers. Only gave one star because I had to...
Went 10 minutes before kitchen closed and they were kind enough to take my order. I ordered the French Dip and mozzarella sticks to go. Food was very good. Will return
Absolutely awful service, walked out. What a way to run a business - obnoxious. loud barflies, terrible service, ignore customers.
After 30 minutes of standing at the door… no one greeted our party of four. The waitress continued to glance our way with a look that either she was mad or hoping we would leave. There was an empty table. One of the customers at the bar noticed we were not being seated and recommended the Road House near by. We left, as well as another eight people behind us. Even though we didn’t have reservations at the Road House, they greeted us and worked us in.
The best time to dine here is at 6 or after 9 if you are a late eater. Hours of 7 through 9 can be wildly busy. Kitchen pumps out food fast and arrives to order and delicious. Have dined here a few times and have to say the French Dip is the best I've had. Hamburgers are generous and tasty. The chips are their best side. The wings are some of the tastiest in town. Try the habanero sauce if you dare. This place gets busy, though worth the wait!

Rude Angry business owners!! He is often yelling, swearing at customers or staff! He is proud to say he “Hates Snowbirds”!! This has been going on for years! Don’t waste your time or money!!
