If I could give this place a zero I would . We ordered inside . And waited as we watched everyone get served that was after us 45 min still our order is not up . We were ask 3 times what we ordered. Still no order arrived around 1 and left at 2 without our meal or money back . I got on the phone number on my receipt to call complaint in and they put me on hold for over 10 min . Hung up . This is really unexcepable!!!! This crew needs extensive training in Organizing. And customer service.
How can u make someone feel like a thief? I just spent $75 for a fun filled night with kiddos. As I received my food I checked the bags and was missing 2 fries and a big Mac. I asked about them they asked to see my receipt and my bags. Like really...I'm not blind. She tosses the bags back into my window after she seen I was right. Still no fries. She argues with me as I'm explaining how many meals I got and everyone of them had fries. I did finally receive my fries after arguing my point . I just don't understand how they are running this place?
Went to get breakfast at the drive-thru Saturday morning paid and then went to the pickup window and was told to pull up to the second pick up window waited for 10 minutes at the second pick up window so I went inside and the bald manager said do you need something and I told him yes I've been waiting at the window for 10 minutes for my food and he turned around and walked away from me after another minute or two someone finally brought me my food this experience was awful and I will never get breakfast or anything from McDonald's again customer service is terrible and the manager is very rude.
The customer service has really gone down hill at this location. On my last visit, I greeted the employee handing me my drink & food with a "good morning" and thought maybe she didn't hear me, so I said "good morning" again in the same friendly/non-confrontational way , but this employee's response was, " I don't say good morning but here's your food"....so it was blatant disregard to my greeting. There is a HUGE lack of people skills/ common courtesy/ customer service. I asked to speak to the manager because I am so tired of the unnecessary disrespect towards paying customers, especially the NICE paying customers. I would rather die inside than let them know my order is wrong, because their rudeness is not worth raising my blood pressure over. Being a former food service worker myself, I know that greeting a customer should be the bare minimum effort applied. The manager's solution was that he would pull the employee off the window when it was no longer busy....that's not acceptable. If you have an employee that is not capable of basic people skills, she should not be representing the store and dealing with customers face-to-face. She is a reflection of the store, the manager, and the business/ franchise owner....and the reflection is rude. I get we are in a pandemic and people are stressed, but why intentionally try to set people off or pick fights? Everyone is stressed, everyone is short-staffed, everyone is dealing with the pandemic and there is no need for the attitude. I told the manager that the employee's behavior is how you lose loyal customers and the employee's response was : "good, go somewhere else then". Okay, I will do that. My advice- do not waste your money or your time here. They do not care about you or your family, your hard-earned money, or their business' reputation.
Girl that took my order was not friendly at all. She was also biting her nails as she was taking my order. Which it was only one large coffee and a sandwich. Took 25 mins to get my order. Cursing and just kids playing around. Not going back.
My experience here at this particular McDonald's has been great my food is been hot the employees are very courteous it does get busy cuz there's a school not too far so there our kids which they do behave they're not too rowdy and that's a good thing because it does get busy at this McDonald's got to say my experience is a 5.
This McDonald's in Riverdale is the best I took my daughter there today after school for a little something to eat ... while we were in there I noticed that that McDonald's had the Nintendo characters for there happy meal toys .. well the staff there was very helpful and pulled out all the happy meal toys ( Nintendo characters that they had left went as far as going back to his office to look for the last 2 characters that we couldn't find out of the 6 Nintendo characters that we had already found ..Long story short they were very friendly and helpful there I walked away with 6 characters with only 2 left to find ... I was not planning on going inthere and buying the Nintendo characters but when I needed help they were there to help .... thank you Riverdale McDonald's ☺ ? ? ? ? your appreciated very much ... live you all who work there ...? ??
Most rude manager ever. When my order was put in incorrect and I asked for it changed he stormed off very annoyed and said he would tell them to fix it. When i confirmed with girl at pick up window the sandwich was correct she said yes....I am now home sotting with a spicy chicken that I cannot eat. Everytime I come to this specific location they mess up my order. Will not be coming here again.
Always busy, but the orders are made perfect 99% of the time. Clean and pleasant to visit. Duel drive thru, does have dine-in, and they are reliable to have everything on the menu. Ice cream machine is usually working lol
Went thru drive thru without a hitch. I love the app !!! I'm from Orlando area - my sister lives in that area - the app picked it up quickly - no problem !
