Was at the drive thru and the girl tried to hand me a bag that she mistakenly gave to the person in front of me. I could tell because of how crumpled the bag was. When I refused it and asked if it was the same bag she gave me attitude and yelled at me for having to remake it. I had to pull up to the line to wait for the fresh food anyway so I figured I’d go inside and at least alert a manager. They called a guy named David up that then told me that he didn’t care and all he cold do was remake the meal or refund me. I asked if it was a policy broken and he said yes but he was going to do nothing but remake my food or refund me. He showed no sign of caring one bit or concerned to take any corrective action like at least having a discussion with his employee. I actually am not sure he’s even a manager but that’s who they gave me.

Drive thru is horrible. Been to this store multiple times always have issues. Ordered a meal today and ask for large size. I pay for the meal to find out at the second window they charged me for medium meal because they handed me a medium drink. I said I ordered large and the manager grabbed the receipt and pointed it out. So she said she would just give me a large drink. I originally ordered an unsweet tea because I have an issue with sugar. So instead of giving me a large unsweet tea she gave me a large sweet tea. I will never be back to this store.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to! They have literally never made my order correctly, and when you say something and try and get it the way you ordered it they are so rude, and make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job properly. I’m a server and understand mistakes are made but every time I have been to this location in the last 4 years isn’t mistakes, it’s laziness and incompetence! It’s been about 6months since last time I went through so I decided to stop on my way home and they forgot both my orders of chicken nuggets but gave me the sauces! And then they don’t answer the phone when you call! Worst McDonald’s in Florida! Don’t waist your time or money!

Horrible experience... redeemed by manager Brittany. The white girl with the glasses working your overnight drive-thru was so rude! Even after I gave her a 3 dollar tip on a 4 80 cent order. Slammed the window on me 2 times when I asked for mayonnaise. I said I understand you don't have packets [happened before at other locations] and they have always got a 4 piece box from kitchen and filled it. I feel like if I hadn't said I used to be a manager at McDonald's a few years ago she would have never brought Brittany over to talk to me. Brittany apologized and was so nice. I work in the service industry, im a LPN and a partime bartender, so I get it ppl suck. But I'm always so freaking nice to every service industry worker. This gurl need to get her hours cut or something. But shout-out to Brittany, the orange shirt manager,for being a sweetheart and handling it so well and professionally. Yall need more managers like her!

Check your orders if I can give no stars I would! After checking my order then seeing they gave me two of the same sandwiches as I only order one sausage Egg McMuffin and one Egg McMuffin meals half way down the road realizing they didn’t even put egg in the sandwich so CHECK INSIDE DONT TRUST THE PACKAGING!

Great McDonalds. Where they put the drive thru isn't the best. I wish they had a pedestrian walking area. Bathrooms are good but should have another urinal. Food is good here.

I visited there around 8:30p today. I ordered 2 meals through the drive-thru, and requested no salt on both sandwiches and fries. They mistakenly tried giving me two medium cokes. After telling them what it was I ordered, they gave it to me, and it was correct. They asked me to pull into a drive-thru spot because I had an order come through my delivery app while I was in line, and it wasn’t ready yet.While I waited, I ate my food. My fries were so salty, I didn’t even bother tasting my sandwich. I went inside. It was obvious no one took anything serious or even cared. The place looked more like a hang out spot for them to congregate at. Also, I’m not sure when their shift started, but everyone’s uniforms were so clean, it almost seemed like they were only there to try to look fly or something. I don’t know about anyone else, but back when I worked in the fast food industry, myself and and the rest of the crew tried to keep ourselves clean as best we could, but it was difficult to since we were actually putting in work and moving like we were getting paid to do something. And at that time, we sure were not getting paid $14-$17 like fast food employees and Mgrs. now are.Anyways… it took them a minute to even acknowledge me at first. When they did, a young lady who I believe to be the Mgr. or a Lead Crew member, took my bag of food to replace it with fresh food. She looked like she was more ready to go to the club than for work, considering all of the make-up, bulky facial jewelry, and thick, dark, glue-on eye-lashes. Then, they accidentally gave my delivery order to the wrong person, so they also had to correct that as well. Another young lady with brown hair who was there in a pink shirt looked like she may have been a team lead or Asst. Mgr., but another crew member had to show her how to ring up that land and surf sandwich someone was ordering. She did not seem to know what she was doing. The only person who I can see in the front that looked like they had some type of sense was Juan (I heard someone say his name). He was moving around re-stocking items. I eventually got my correct food, which was fresh, including the delivery order (at least, I hope it was correct, considering the bag was tapped closed, so I couldn’t check behind them). I really hope they realize how unprofessional they look and that it’s not about what you do, it’s how you do it, and also… whatever you do, strive to be the best at it.

Ordered Doordash and my sandwich came to me black and shrunken. Luckily I didn't bite into it! Cheers to DD for refunding it immediately based on my relationship.

The didn't make sure my order was right and they didn't give the price when I was done ordering in the drive-thru, they didn't make sure they were charging me for the right order I had to ask them to repeat the order, and they didn't tell me what the order was at the pickup window. I've worked at McDonald's before. They need to start doing "Ask, Ask, Tell". The food is good, but the employees need to be worked on.

Not in my was there an issue with my drinks when I was there but they also gave me the wrong meal! I work in the food industry I know accidents happen, but twice in one night? Let’s get it together, you are a fast food joint, with screens that tell you the order, not difficult!Signed a MANAGER in the food industry!!!!!!
