After leaving a separate McDonalds and having a horrible experience we came to this stores location and the people there were amazing and made us feel welcomed and appreciated , our order was perfect as their attitudes, a visit to this store improved our love of going out on days/nights off work to get deserts/food from McDonalds. Aliyah and Bryan made my visit worthwhile and I look forward to see them next visit
It's Mickey D's has all the online ordering, people can order from their phone there,or order an come in to pick up. As usual, they have drive up. Had 2 Big Macs with a coupon an large drink. Everything fresh, an only 5 bucks with the coupons
I haven't been to McDonald's in a long while so I figured I'd try it. I ordered from the Kiosk and it said have a seat and we'll bring your order to you. They didn't. They called my number and waited for me to come get it. It was the very beginning of lunch but the fries were old looking and not very tasty. My Double cheeseburger looked like a single. The worse part was there seemed to be a lot of chaos going on behind the counter and they were messing up orders. I won't go back for a LONG time again.
Very busy however it was lunchtime on a weekday. Although drive thru was so busy, the staff were fast, friendly, and professional!I thought I'd be waiting for awhile and I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the ordering, paying, and collecting my food! Great job staff and thank you.
By far the best McDonalds in the Lee/Collier area. Staff is consistently courteous and professional, despite how busy it gets. Ice cream machine DOES work past sunset which isn’t the case with so many other locations around.
I'm sorry to give you such a low rating but we went this morning through the drive through, yes during rush hour, so I didn't take points off for the long wait, and I did add a point for staff friendlyness, but while the food was good, it was not our order. The order was repeated to us, I confirmed it, but that's not what you gave us. When I grabbed the receipt out of the bag to go in and replace the ham, sausage and cheese McMuffin with the egg McMuffin I actually ordered, the receipt was ewy sticky no matter where I touched. I went in, hung around for a while but there was no one at the cash and since it took so long to get my food in the first place, and now taking too long to get someone"s attention I decided to just eat the wrong order (no egg for me today :/).
This McDonalds is truly a pleasure to order from. Staff is always happy and greet you kindly. Thank you for the quarter pounder and Filet O Fish.
What happened to the chicken nuggets? They are now dry and tasteless. Even sauce didn't perk them up. Ate two, threw the rest away.
Went through the drive-thru and placed my order and they never told me a price after the order was placed. Then when I got to the window the girl was talking to someone else inside. Another employee instead of waiting on me. I had to ask for my total and she never gave me my change back. Then when I pulled up to get my order that was ready but my kids said that there Shamrock shakes tasted like a vanilla shake. For the amount of money they charge for these you should be getting what you're paying for. Ridiculous as far as I'm concerned. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this location. I won't be going back there anymore. I would rather drive farther away than have to go through all that.
Very well managed establishment. Hardly have a wait, in the drive through.
