Worst ever. Order was given to another customer, dropped my cheeseburger with no pickle when bringing it to the table. That cheeseburger was given to someone else as well. I had to wait a long time to get my food correct. Managers were arguing with each other. No one had a clue what they were doing. I was not the only one having issues today. A couple drive threw customers had to park and come inside.... It was horrible
9:30pm waited in drive thru for 35 minutes, at the window.The guy handed the bag off to finish the order, but the window person denied giving us the order as there were no fries. The bag went back for over 10 minutes waiting for fries to be added to our now-cold burgers.Treating your customer like this, is the easiest way to lose one for life.
Walk in go up to the counter order the girl says we are not taking orders at the counter you have to go to the thing over there and put your own order in I call the district manager they call me tell me they'll look into it and they never say nothing back so I go to another McDonald's in Cape Coral and it's the same stuff it's the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my life hope corporate office does something to these people that don't care about customers
I ordered in app in the store because NO ONE would come to the register. I waited for 30 minutes since I'd already paid through the app and my number was on the screen. The guy handed a bag a cup and bottle of water to the guy behind me. That guy started eating the fries and set the bag down on the counter while he went to the drink machine to fix his soda. I asked the man behind the counter if the order "1640" was ready. He looked on the screen where it was in the "ready" column. He handed me the bag that the guy was eating the fries out of and said "here it is". My jaw hit the floor and I asked if I can have some fresh fries since this guy was actively EATING mine. The worker said "sure" and rolled his eyes.. so.. after an hour of standing there, I finally get my order. AND ITS WRONG. I got the buy one get one McDouble with no cheese and a filet o fish meal. NO CHEESE. When the worker unceremoniously tossed my bag at me, he didn't LISTEN to me. Had he took the time to listen, he would have understood that all I was asking for was fresh replacement fries. HE replaced the entire meal, placed the original bag in with the fresh bag. So I ended up with 4 double cheeseburgers,2 filet o fish (all with cheese) and one half of the large container of fries. I tossed the Mc doubles with cheese because there was no successful way to remove the cheese, where the cheese wasn't warm on either fish sandwich. This makes the 5th time straight that I've went here and my order has taken FOREVER and been WRONG! This place needs to shut down and retrain EVERYONE in it. I won't be returning, even if I have to drive further for food.
This place sucks. We ordered 2 number 7’s with large cokes. They refused to give us our 2nd coke. When we got our bag after waiting 30 MINUTES, they were missing a burger and a large french fries. There was one cool person who gave us a Mc Fist Bump.
Never give out the right food! They gave us 2 happy meals we only ordered 1 & they took the food back to other customer after i told them i opened the 1 & dug inside to check it as you always have to!! Always takes forever!
I wanted a shamrock shake but the shake machine was down. I got the 40 pc nugget and 2 large fries meal. My meal was given to the car in front of me because I wasn't paying attention and they got in front of me at the drive thru. Usually when I get an order the person confirms what I got. I guess that didn't happen with the car in front of me.
Not happy with McDonald's any longer. The have all stopped their all day breakfast menu. That's the biggest thing I went for every morning when I left my home office. Because I liked it so much, I would sometimes go for a chicken sandwich in at lunch...not recently....bring back the all day breakfast menu!
Worse ever..ordered 2 sundaes thr drivre thr. 16 minute wait with 4 cars ahead of us.sundaes were all melted.the top came off one and spilled all over me and car. Brought them home and put in freezer..never got hard..thr in garbage. Went last week..by the time we reached the place to orde..drove off...way way too slow
Terrible service and an employee with an attitude. Ordered with a buy one get one for $1 special. Showing the cashier this on my phone thru the McD's app. He didn't give me the special. He asked if I wanted that refunded. I said yes. Of course he had to get the manager. Manager comes and says he took care of it. Got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was terrible. Wasn't going to complain in fear of what we would get back. Just threw the sandwich away. We got home and I noticed my credit card was charged for another chicken sandwich and I was never credited for the original error. We won't be going to this McDonalds again.
