I just had the best McDonald's experience of my life here. Everything was freshly cooked to perfection and prepared with a lil love as if they were going to eat it themselves. Seriously though the crew that was working there tonight were absolutely on point!!
There’s always an issue at this McDonald’s, they take forever to do anything the food quality is never the best and they’re supposed to be open 24 hours but good luck going any time this late because either they are closed for 30 minutes or they’re not excepting anything with cash. Like I said always a problem.
This location on US 41 is the fastest and most friendliest McDonald's in Lee County Florida! I work down the street and frequently stop there for lunch. They never miss a beat! The employees there are really good and the management should be very proud they have such a great staff! The other McDonald's in Lee County should take lessons from them!!!!
Went at 230ish ordered two pops (they barely put ice and I had to ask for straws), a McChicken, two mcdoubles (one no onion extra pickle). Sandwiches had no ketchup and they had us pull into the waiting spot with all the other cars because they were just soooo slow and the young man running the window was rude and didn't even look at me. They're better at night
This is a good MC Donald's. I believe today all fast food is hit or miss. I have been at this one a dozen+ times and each time has been good.
Tried the new crispy chicken biscuits. Not what was expected, chicken was too fatty. Never experienced that one with mcdonald's before. Definitely not a fan of that breakfast choice. The rest of my breakfast was amazing!!
Visited at about 4:30p and noticed that the tea in the lobby area was expired as of 1:30p. Management should be checking on all food expired timers on a regular in a food safety book in which they have to sign on a regular basis during their shift. I asked for fresh tea and only available in the drive-thru.
Won’t help you . Forces you to touch the dirty broken kiosk. Then wait 3 minutes to be handed the cup I bought. What should have taken less then one minute took 5. All I wanted was a coke
Inept lady taking orders at drive thru. Couldn't figure out how to use the code I gave her. After finally giving my order to her at the window, order was wrong. She inside to get correct deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, they very quickly gave me the correct sandwich. Good right? Nope! Replacement had about 1/2 a cup of mayo on it. The lettuce was floating in it & the chicken tasted undercooked & definitely not crispy. This McDonald's is a disaster.
Just grabbed a diet coke. It was pretty much flat and they've raised the price from the $1 any size but no signs to indicate that. Almost $2 for a flat diet coke...meh. Worth jumping out at 7-11 or Wawa to save a buck and get better options.
