Previous time I came I ordered a happy meal cheeseburger with ketchup only, the "cheeseburger" had ketchup only. No patty or cheese, just buns and ketchup. After going through McDonald's custom service process I was told that I could get another one if I come back. Well I come back and the machine is broken ( stereotypically ), there's no straws, and there's no sauce. Never coming back, awful service.
In the drive up, there were two lines. They both moved quickly and going through the windows for payment and getting the food, was quick and easy. Also, the staff was very polite
We arrived at 10:15pm and saw customers Inside. When we went in, we were stopped and told they were not taking orders inside. I looked at the register where there was a couple placing their order and I asked "if you're taking their order, why can you not take mine?" The manager (or should I say a kid on a power trip" said "they were waiting on their order" yet the cashier was clearly ringing in their order. As we turned to head to the drive thru, Brandon opened then slammed the door. I turned and said "really?" That's when this power hungry kid Brandon reopened the door to tell me "Find somewhere else to eat, he wouldn't be filling my Fkn order!" Is this really the type of people this place hires to be their leaders? I have been in the service industry my whole life and have never been spoken to in this manner nor will I tolerate it! I will be calling McCopco directly.
It was just like the movies, I was surrounded by customers consuming big macs. It was astonishing seeing how much a person could eat in such a short time, I'm pretty fat but omg I didn't get a chance to finish my mcchicken. A family near by was chatting pretty loud, they were talking about how the prices was rising. I have no idea what they were talking about but the happy meal was underwhelming only because I got a f*male toy. But over all I had a great time in America. Sorry for bad English :)
I ordered a quarter pounder meal. It was fresh and hot. However, I ordered and on the receipt it said extra ketchup and extra onions. There was extra ketchup but not only no extra onions there were no onions at all. I was in my way to visit my grandfather in the hospital so I couldn't go back. Double check your order before you leave.
McDonalds experience in general like almost all fast food has gone up in price significantly, and down in value significantly, this visit was through drive through for lunch. I ordered a double quarter pounder and small fry. The upside to this visit, the sandwich was hot, and the service had smiles, however just a sandwich and a small fry, with no drink should not cost over $8, but it did, French fries should be served with salt unless asked to be without salt, unsalted fries is not cool, and if someone asks for extra ketchup and mustard, they expect to see extra ketchup up and mustard packets on the side, not one or two drops extra on the sandwich. Here is a message to all fast food your stinginess on the condiments is very noticeable. Knock it off!!!
Very comfortable! We sat in the front in some nice comfy padded chairs. Loved the table that was lit up with lights! Nice dining room!
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We placed a mobile order and arrived here less than 5 minutes later and parked in a mobile order curbside space. After 25 minutes of waiting we attempted to go inside to retrieve our order. We were told to leave because the inside is closed... Okay, fine. We go to the drive thru line and waited 20 minutes AT THE ORDER SCREEN and we said HELLO? And they finally said "be right with you."6 minutes later she finally asked how we can be helped. When we got our food (a total of 50 minutes after arriving) THE FOOD WAS NOT EVEN LUKE WARM. Couldn't ask for a remake because the woman slammed the window shut. My drink was not in the happy meal box either. Horrible service at this location!!!!
Poor customer service, the cashier for the drive thru sounded depressed and confused our order of two 6pcs. Nuggets with two large fries and 1 Large Sprite and 1 large Fruit punch, she somehow heard happy meal , we weren’t mad at first but then when they were trying to hand us our food they were really giving us two happy meals. With 2 small fruit punch’s . We tell them multiple times that’s not what we said or ordered they proceeded to ask around . We weren’t trying to give them a hard time really. Thankfully the manager finally came to speak and we clarified everything. I just didn’t like the unprofessionalism I encountered. Felt like it should be reported though because somebody else could’ve reacted worse. Other than that I thought we got off on the right foot but then we received our food…AND THE FRIES WERE BLAND. Make?It?Make?Sense?. Lol I hope the workers who read this had a laugh. :) HAVE A BLESSED DAY
The worst service I have ever gotten at a McDonald's. Well over 30 minutes to get food and the girl cleared the screen with a warmer full of food ready to be served. 10 orders and she never bothered to ask anyone.
