We stopped here for lunch and I have to say those were the best McDonald's fries I'd had in a long time. Fresh, hot, perfectly Salted.
McDonald's has addicting food, we all know this, it's also fast and convenient. However, if you don't like something, such as pickle or onion, and order without it, you have 50% chance of them getting it right. They are also typically very fast, but last time I visited, they told me to pull to the drive through parking spot to wait for a milk Shake and iced coffee. I sat for 30 min with my 3 year old before I finally got out of the car. The manager saw me and brought me my coffee and milkshake but that was way too long of a wait for something so simple. Overall fast and convenient for the most part, but I would refrain from ordering anything special and cancel anything from your order if they ask you to wait for it
My wife and youngest daughter love there iced coffee. I love the chicken nuggets. Thank you McDonalds for bring back the "The Hot Mustard "! I stopped eating here when you discontinued that.
McDonald's usually a better than average fast-food eatery. Breakfast first day was impressive.Lunch -2nd day... not so impressive.Had to wait longer than usual as a cheese burger was behind in completing the order. In the meantime, the large french fry requested and was already sitting in the bag -resulting I barely LUKE WARM fries ? when we were finally able to sit down and eat -just the way I like it? No!And, while waiting for the gal taking orders, touching the order screen, taking dirty money in her hands in the ordering process, and then going back to touching all the food items going into the bags. And, of course, while never wearing any gloves at anytime. But that's the same at any fast food joints I would see that happening.Even more appetizing was watching her -facing towards the kitchen area, and with her left hand- lifting her pullover shirt enough to stick her hand under and rub her belly while waiting. Yes, we all get an urge to scratch an itch, just don't need you to do it while handling the food you will be giving me to eat. I would never do that to you or anyone else.As for food handlers wearing protective gloves while handling food??? That's a joke! Yes, the reasoning behind that idea is admirable. But the fact is -if you're watching and paying attention... you will see that the food handlers are still touching everything and anything as if they weren't wearing gloves, as if they weren't even handling food. Touching their hats, hair, itchy nose, cellphone, all door handles that others that don't need to wear gloves, grabbing their pants with both gloved hands and doing the Chubby Checker Twist to pull their pants up over their hips, and then back to touching the customers foods. Wearing the food aprons to the toilet -not removing them, come out and then back behind the food counter. And all this is supposed to be considered acceptable food handling???And, if it isn't, then where is the supervising management while all this is going on???If I, as a customer and truck driver, can see these things happening all the time, then how come management doesn't see it as a problem?-Bon appétit
Be cautious of this drive thru! the staff and food is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say that they will ALWAYS forget something in your drive thru order. It can range from sauces to whole sandwiches. I have never had to go back into a McDonalds more about forgotten items than with this McDonalds. It got so bad that I refuse to even use the drive thru because I will just have to walk inside anyways! Luckily they never give me a hard time over it, probably because it happens so often. If they fix this glaring and annoying issue, then I'd give it 5 stars because everything else is great for a McDonalds.
I've been to several McDonald's, and by far this is one you will get decent service from! Always friendly; I especially love how efficient Robin is in the drive thru. Some times I have to wait, but I know I will get correct and hot food. Thank you for being consistently amazing and some how keeping high spirits despite the general public!
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. It is by FAR the worst McDonald’s in the area. Every single time I go here it takes FOREVER to have a small order made. If I go in the drivethru, they make you pull to a spot and wait for 10 minutes. If you go inside and use the computer so you don’t have to wait in the huge line, you’ll be sitting for 15 minutes waiting for a messed up order. It’s literally a horrible experience everytime I come. Every time I come here I’m late to work or wherever else I was going because it takes 10-15min to get the food. The layout is absolutely useless with the kitchen on the 2nd floor. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to
I ordered a Diet Coke to go from inside and went to the fountain where you can serve yourself. I noticed the Diet Coke tasted really off so I asked the lady who was the manager if she could get me the drink from the other fountain behind the counter. So I ask and this lady said it will taste the same from whatever fountain you use and I asked her to try anyways and she starts getting an attitude and never asked to take my drink. So I asked someone else to do it and they did and it tasted completely different, like how a Diet Coke should. After the manger noticed I asked someone else to get my drink she starts saying there is nothing wrong with the Diet Coke. I mean seriously? You’re really going to get mad at someone for just asking to fill a drink at another fountain? She was rude, inconsiderate, and shouldn’t be managing anything! I never complain about something this small but this lady was over the top PATHETIC
I didn't purchase anything here, just my son who's 26. The food at all fast food restaurants are absolutely disgusting. We've put a one year moratorium from any future purchases from June 1st 2021 and haven't broken it. Now when I drive by a McDonald's, even when I'm hungry, I get a nauseating knot in my throat. Join us and you'll soon see how horrible these places are
These 5 stars are for two specific employees (shift supervisor) named Greg and Yvonne? (I think that's it) for making a mistake that happened, right. I know mistakes happen, that's life, but it's nice to be validated and appreciated as the customer. So thank you.
