This place is intimate, and the food is delicious. After my first time, I made it a point to go back until I had tasted the entire menu. The chef's creations are small plates that leave you wanting more. I'm a foodie and I could tell Chef Richy is having fun creating dishes for us to enjoy. I enjoyed every single dish. A week before last, my favorite was a lamb Bolognese pappardelle, today, my new favorite is the fried rice. Some items in the menu change from one week to the next. This is why each week you could have a new favorite. The staff is also friendly, very attentive and on point. I have had a wonderful experience in this restaurant while visiting Ft. Myers and hope to be back. Job well done!!
The food and service was fantastic. Best steak tartare in town, great short rib etc. A wonderful experience. Dress light, it gets pretty warm in the due to the open kitchen. We chose the booth...no regrets.

Amazing, that's all I can say, get the gnocchi , you will not believe how light and fluffy they are melt in your mouth delicious.Everything else was just as great , Brussels sprouts, 5 cheese risotto, steak tartar, shrimp and a wonderful creme Brulee. The staff was unbelievable, not many places you can watch the Chef prepare your plates and bring them to you table side. I highly recommend Liberty, but make reservations, they are very popular. You will not have a finer dining experience in Ft Myers.

Katie and Lance were very welcoming and friendly. Katie described all of our selections in depth and with passion. Tapas is such a fun way to try new creations by the Chef. 3 plates per person were sufficient. The plates come out as ready, so you have time to appreciate the intricate flavors and nuances of the creation. The medium rare chocolate chip cookies are delectable and not to be missed! Simply said….Delish!
Had an amazing anniversary dinner last night at Liberty. I am so glad we went all in with the tasting menu! Each dish was unbelievably delicious, Chef Bob and his team really outdid themselves.
I found this place on a Google search and it was simply amazing. You wouldn’t expect that this establishment serves this level of high quality food as there’s barely a sign to let you know you’ve made it to the restaurant, but WOW. The pricing is almost too reasonable, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the experience of sitting at the kitchen table while chatting it up with the chefs while they make each dish was one of a kind. We were truly blessed to experience this dinner. We will be recommending Liberty to all of our friends and family!
