This is the 2nd time that the chicken is way overcooked and sitting in warmer too long.Now they have cut the portion sizes as well.Should have had 4 portions of potatoes and there was barely enough for 2 or 3. The coleslaw was the only reason for 1 star otherwise it would be zero stars. Plus they raised the prices. Can not reccomend and we're staying away permanently.

Went there yesterday- place is disgustingly filthy- paid 12 for 3 piece meal. Chicken was dripping in grease and received a leg and two thighs which were all torn up- intend to report to board of health.

No more buffet was bummer but understand why. Prices are getting out of hand, $10 for a 3 pc combo and it was all dark= $3.33 a piece and the rest of the combo was high profit. Nobody working the front counter- waited in excess of 5 minutes to order. Place was clean. Handed a wobbly carton and drink cup to maneuver the entire time you're looking for napkins, straw and something to eat with. I guess the word is discombobulated. Pleasant male cashier.

We went there for dinner. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich. The bottom bun was hard as a rock and I brought it right back. They gave me a new bottom bun not a whole new sandwich. The chicken was rubbery and dry and had been sitting in a heat warmer or something but it was not crispy and it was not good. It was also very salty. Not sure if I will go back. I had a chicken sandwich there several weeks ago and it was delicious so the quality is inconsistent

The person working the window was plain rude and unfriendly. She was also wearing a managers shirt. I pulled up to the window and paid for my food as they had it in a bag sitting right there ready to hand out. She continues to debate and argue with an employee about what's in my bag or if it is the right order. She (manager) even looked through my bag to make sure what was in there. The employee she was arguing with even came up and went through the bag and nothing was taken out or put in. They fumble around and she stands there with an attitude while I wait for about 8 minutes or longer before she finally handed me my food that was correct the first time and handed it to me with an attitude and without saying one word. Not only that my original eight piece fried Chicken bucket was soggy. The breading was falling off it was so wet. I love KFC but after this experience not so much.

A complete fiasco. After trying to order on line with no success. I went in and stood with NO ONE in front of me and waited while two woman walked back and forth with only goal was NOT to make eye contact with any customers. After four minutes of waiting I asked if ordering inside was still an option ? One of the walking woman answers " she will help you soon ". meaning the other woman walking around with her cell phone. After another minute or so I went outside to try the drive thru. I got up to the speaker and ordered the 16 piece family meal. I was told they don't have that many pieces now. Was offered an option four 8 pieces, I said we are bringing dinner for four people. After wasting so much time I agreed to order the eight piece meal. Then the man came back to the speaker and said they didn't have that order either. I asked how could they be open at dinner and not even be able to accommodate a family meal order. He said we are short handed. No order was placed. They lost at least $60+ on this order. But even though they we're short handed. The two woman up front had time to walk around with there phones and NOT take orders. If I owned this franchise I would be crazy to allow such behavior. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SAD SITUATION OF A WHAT USED TO BE A GREAT RESTAURANT.

The Manager was eating, wiping grease off his face while preparing orders. He would reach into the fry bin and pull ou french fry, swallow some soda and munch on it while he prepared orders. The Chicken was barely warm and full of grease. I had to re-heat it and drain it on a bunch of paper towels and wipe the pan I was using to sanitize the chicken. Worst KFC experience I have ever had. Staff need serious food handling training in this joint. The owners must think they are street food vendors.

Nice customer service, chicken, and mashed potatoes were so good and so fresh. My gf got the tenders, and just as fresh and juicy. Said she has NEVER had dry tenders from this location, ever!

Bought a bucket of chicken at this location, it so dry we couldn’t eat it. I would assume it had been sitting a long time. Not going back!Biscuits were great.
