I didn’t order anything there, because I had a coupon and that location don’t take coupons. KFC is about to lose my business.
Friendly associates especially the cashier that helped me she knew the name of the sandwich i wanted even when i was way off. Thank you I definitely will be back again it was delicious and hot!
This visit was a Joke. It was at 5:55pm on a Tues 6/14/22 and Kentucky Fried CHICKEN had no chicken. I thought the lady at the drive thru was punking me. While at the speaker she told me she had 8 tenders left, I asked about Sandwiches, she said, I have a couple just pull up. So I joined the line, as asked. After 7 minutes in line, I got to the window. She asked what I ordered, so I said I asked for tenders and sandwiches. She had (8) tenders. Nothing to go with it. The sandwiches must have sold while I was stuck in line. She informed me it would be about 20 minutes for the chicken. Mind you- they advertise EVERY CHICKEN SANDWICH IS COOKED WHEN ORDERED. So why couldnt they make me a few of those in well under 20 minutes? They were 3 hours from closing with NO PRODUCT to sell and a crew that wasnt smart enough to figure it out earlier. I told them I wanted Sandwiches too (which they supposedly always (COOK WHEN ORDERED). I DROVE ABOUT 20 miles to try and get that as per request- I went by 2 Popeyes Chicken places on the way for the request. None of that is their fault, but I wont do it again. The place is a mismanaged hot mess - if they are completely out of their signature items during rush hour. They had ZERO to offer....coleslaw? As I passed their two competitors on the way home- they were pumping out the cars! As I went by Hardees: I stopped in for 10 chicken tenders double dipped and batter fried for $6 less than KFC. Their manager laughed that a KFC had no chicken at rush hour. This store is a "soup" sandwich, needs a manager.
Horrible service, horrible food, and incomplete orders. I've been here twice and both times I was missing sides, but was charged the same price. The first time I was told from an employee that they added another side to replace the item missing, when I got home, I found out I was lied to. The second time I didn't receive both sides, not even a biscuit and again was charged the same. I am fustrated as to how a business can run on like this. Deceiving thieves. Also, just look at what I paud $30 for.
They should be embarrassed!We received half done chicken even after asking for WELL DONE chicken!We asked for well done chicken because the time before the chicken was not done!We had to put the chicken in the oven to finish cooking.
Wish you had a ZERO star rating. The staff was awful.Very unfriendly and rude.Customer service does Not exist here.Food was not fresh. The places was dirty and dingy. STAY AWAY.

Sadly KFC has been loosing to poor quality and poor maintenance. I see this quite often regardless of location and I wonder if it has some thing to do with a lack of franchise standards that are enforced.
