Best sandwich from jimmy johns ever! Place has great employees and great attitudes! Thanks Derek for making it such a enjoyable meal! They have spicy pickles if you guys didnt know!

It was ok. I had never eaten there before but it was convenient to me and I was really hungry. The staff was as great. The two guys making the sandwiches were friendly and very nice. The manager ( I think) was a little more curt. The food was ok. It was nothing special. Personally I prefer the subs at Publix.
They are training new help.I saw them try to wrap the sandwich with all the ingredients coming out all over. I told the to stop and redo. But the manager said it was just lettuce ( he didn't even see what was going on. What a mess of a sandwich when I got home.Won't be going back to that one

Worst vegetarian sandwich I've ever had. Paid $10 for gross white bread and shredded lettuce.
Our office orders sandwiches for delivery. Mine was not right the last time and I gave them another shot because they made it right and redelivered the order. Today we ordered again. I love the beach club because of the avocado and I add bacon because it makes the sandwich unique and refreshing. I watched my boss add the bacon, remove the tomato and add napkins. The sandwiches came with tomato, no avocado, no bacon. I understand mistakes happen, however, when I called and spoke to DEREK, the manager, I was very nice and patient, but he wanted to argue with me and called me mam in an unfriendly aggravated tone. I replied we will order elsewhere from now on and we were frequent customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way. But not TODAY for Jimmy Johns on Cypress Parkway.
Tried the new Zesty Garden Turkey Club - OMG it's good.
Food is good and fresh. The main reason for this review is because of Isaiah, our drive through window man! He was nice, fast, and attentive. Super sweet, I would want to be greeted by this man every time I ordered from Jimmy Johns!
Beware: if you buy potato chips from here, please check the bag first to make sure it's sealed and there's no hole in it. Gotta love them moldy chips. Sandwiches are good at least.
