Terrible management. A lady there named Shay is not customer friendly and very disrespectful. She had so much attitude and never cared to make the customer happy. Jimmy John’s.. you can do so much better
If you're ordering through Doordash or UberEats, Keep in mind you probably won't be able to track your order or know when it's coming at all.I placed an Order at 11:35am without knowing that I wouldn't be able to track my order and waited pretty much an hour with no knowledge of where my order is but doordash strangely telling me it's 2 min away for some reason the entire time. I called the store about 25 min into waiting for my order and was told it was being sent out for delivery. For a company that prides itself on being fast and me being less than a mile away from where the store is, it's a little ridiculous an order would take this long, especially since I ordered it almost half an hour before the lunch rush, but I shrugged it off. Around 12:25, close to an hour from when I placed the order I called and was told it was out for delivery. I receieved it 10 min later with a rude note attached to it from the employees stating "Sorry for the delay but this is what happens when you order during lunch rush" (I have the note saved in my office desk and will be attaching pictures of it ASAP)That behavior from the staff is EXTREMELY unacceptable and is the big reason I am giving as low as I can a rating. I get longer wait times due to lunch rushes, but the lack of professionalism is not acceptable, especially when I'm justifiably upset and unable to tell where my order is and how long it took to get my actual order from a business who sells themselves on being extremely fast.
We ordered 5 subs and all were delicious and the bread was nice and fresh. We all enjoyed it.
$10 for "veggie" sandwich which was shredded iceberg lettuce on cheap white bread with a sliver of cucumber. WORST EVER. NO OTHER NON-MEAT OPTIONS
Stopped by on my way out of town. Had my dog in the front seat and apparently the employees were dog people because they were very complimentary and even offered a piece of Turkey for him! I love a good dog person and always appreciate the great service! To top, the food was fast, fresh and delicious! Thanks to the team who was working on Sunday, March 27, 2022!
The staff is polite, helpful, and responsive to my needs. It is clean, which is a pleasant change from most fast food restaurants around here.I dropped it one star because it is way too expensive. However, it is the closest FFR to where I live, so that's why I go there. But now that there's a Subway in the hospital (close to me, too), I'll be going there instead.
Just left, guy taking order low key disrespectful,girl made sandwiches wrapped it then puts it off to the side and walks away, did not bag them up or anything. So we had to reach behind the counter to get bags. Customer service skills sorely lacking.
Would not EVER EVER EVERRR go back to the Cleveland Ave store again in my lifetime!Poor service and don’t ever let them make a mistake and you’ll need a refund!HA they will give you the runaround and you’ll never here back from this franchise owner(probably because they are trying to rip you off)They overcharge me $20+and I’m literally playing hell trying to get it back and didn’t even get my complete order smfh

I came through the line around 7pm on 2/14/22 and no one was there to take my order,after waiting over 5 minutes I pulled to the window and the young lady and guy come from the back looking sus and he took my order and my friends (separated)order.he than apologizing saying everything things free for the inconvenience (after swiping my card not my friends)and not to mention we still did not get complete order ,the next day my card was charged 29.22 and for f n what!After going in the next morning for my refund I was directed my manager to call Corp and 3 days later still no response from franchise owner! I would not recommend to a starving ?!!On God! I had to cancel my bank card and file a claim..SO NEVER AGAIN WILL I FREQUENT THE HOOD ..I’ll drive the distance if it means better service!
