How hard is it to mess up a sub meat and cheese with yellow mustard? I guess it's very difficult for Nina who should be taught how to read instead of making whatever kind of sub she feels like. I live literally 45 minutes away get home to find out my sub is non edible because Nina is incompetent at her job. I called the store and they said they will replace it that would be great if I lived in the area but considering I do not I am out $15 and have to buy something else for lunch. Sammy you should really train your employees better this is not the first time from your stores.
I always get Jersey Mikes subs when possiable. This one store is so dirty that it amazed me. Never have seen one where the meat cutter hasn't been clean and the counter where subs are made is a disgrace. The tables were so dirty I had to eat in my car. This place needs immediate attention from district management. Do a surprise visit and see the mess.

This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at Jersey Mikes. I am an employee in another state and have never experienced such rude workers. I had a pretty big size order of 6 regular subs, but i still expect everyone to be made right. That is the Jersey Mikes way. We make the subs how you want them. In this case I am the one paying for them so i expect that of the employees.As one worker was attempting to make my subs he wouldn’t ask clarifying questions. Instead he went off his own memory, which failed him multiple times. I tried to nicely ask for him to add mayo, or whatever was missing, but he would rudely snap back at me saying “he had it”. He obviously didn’t and almost all of my subs are messed up. As i tried to help him fix it he would continue to brush me off.He didn’t look or sound like he wanted to be there.The lady behind me was treated the same way. I can honestly say i was embarrassed for this Jersey Mikes.
Been to Jersey Mike's across the nation, and the food quality has always been great, and the staff is always courteous. Of sub chains, this one ranks in the top tier for me.
Not too friendly environment. Paid for a drink but when I went to go get tea they already brought it back to put away 2 hours before close. Just meh food
I love going to Jersey Mike's they have the absolute freshest most best subs ever I swear by their subs I love that I can watch them make the sub right in front of me everything is so fresh they slice the meat and cheese right in front of me all the vegetables always look crisp and fresh it's amazing I always get the number 13 Italian it's amazing sub my husband always gets the Big kahuna number 56 he thinks that's an amazing sub like you just can't go wrong and on top of it on top of the subs being amazing it's also an added bonus that all the workers are always so incredibly friendly always I've never had a bad experience at this Jersey Mike's ever I will continue to go there the only thing I wish is they would be a Jersey Mike's closer to Lehigh Acres where I live but you know what it is every bit work the 30 minute drive to come get subs at this Jersey Mike's between the fast friendly service and then most amazing subs ever is definitely worth it I definitely recommend it to anyone everywhere
